Apex Fitness is very helpful when it comes to gym equipment. They were able to help me select which treadmill would work best for my home office. The team who showed up to install it were very friendly, respectful, and got it done quickly. I highly recommend using them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Apex Fitness Services while building out my garage gym. From the initial order through the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Their team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting the right equipment and layout for the space. They took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure everything would fit and function properly in my garage gym setup.

Service was fantastic they came out the same week that I ordered my stair master for my garage gym and installed it! I highly recommend them they even laid down plywood on my garage floors upon install as to not ruin my epoxy coating. Can’t recommend them enough!

Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and honesty. They were well worth the wait. The scheduler Chelsea was extremely pleasant despite my initial impatience with her when she reported an over 4 week wait time as well as partial prepayment. I baulked at those conditions and tried a couple of other repair shops who had little wait time and no prepayment deposit. I based my initial called to Farmer's Fitness Repair on Google reviews. I made an appointment with another repair business but when I read their Google reviews , I cancelled my appointment and sheepishly called back Chelsea to see if I could still get the appointment slot that I had angrily declined. She was still pleasant despite my initial anger-disappointment. The day of my service, the service technician Preston arrived on time. He could easily have replaced an expensive part that he discovered did not need replacing. The details would be boring, but Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services could have made a lot more money from me that day and I would never have known the difference. I received a partial refund in less than 1 week since they did not need to order any parts. Honesty and quality mean a lot these days!

I ordered a Freemotion cable machine and they did a wonderful job installing this in our basement.

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I had called to inquire about Maintenance on my treadmill. Joey answered the phone. He was super friendly and helpful, NOT pushy at all and very informative. I decide to schedule an appointment. Victor was who came to my home. AGAIN very friendly, very informative, and very thorough! Highly recommend Apex!!!!

I had a really great overall experience with them! I had an older Sole treadmill (~9 years old) I hadn't cleaned or maintained for squat, that I needed serviced. The lady that handled the scheduling was very friendly and helpful, I opted for a 7am appointment Monday morning (before I left for work). The gentleman (I forget his name) was both on-time and efficient, and was in and out in plenty of time to not interfere with my morning routine. So many companies here in Arizona suck at showing up on time, it was very refreshing to have them put the customer experience first! Two thumbs up in my book!

Last weekend we bought a NordicTrack treadmill and found out, when we got it home, that it was too large to easily fit through our front door. The place we bought it from suggested calling Apex Fitness Services. I spoke with Lou, who was very helpful. He said the owner, Jason, would be in our area the next day and could stop by. Jason did a great job, partially disassembling, moving and reassembling it in our desired spot. He checked it out to make sure it was adjusted and operating correctly. Awesome service all around!!!

After paying extra for the ‘white glove service’ when buying my new NordicTrack treadmill and having the assembly be done abysmally, Farmer’s Fitness Repair worked with me over the course of many, many months to try and resolve the problem. The repair technician, Preston, did his best with what he had to work with, trying to fix the issue with how my treadmill had been assembled, so that I’d be completely happy with it. While that didn’t happen, through no fault of his own, but rather the design of the machine itself, Preston was unceasingly professional, patient, considerate, and provided clear explanations every step of the way. Chelsea, from Farmer’s, was also great, offering her sincerest apologies, and being a friendly voice during what became a lengthy, stressful, and frustrating process. Thank you Preston and Chelsea!

We needed our treadmill moved which required some disassembly and reassembly. The technician, Chad, was knowledgeable, careful, and professional. Everything went smoothly, and when I asked to check out the treadmill after reassembly, Chad hopped on and got a bit of a workout as I asked him to operate all the controls to make sure everything was working right. Great job! Thanks to all at Apex Vista Fitness Services.

We moved to a smaller home and my suspension trainer wouldn't fit down the hallway. I called Farmer's Fitness to have it broken down and re-assembled after moving it to the intended room. I received a call from the technicians first thing in the morning and they were able to come out 3 hours ahead of the original window provided. They were very courteous and quickly determined the best/fastest way to accomplish the task. The work was done in no time and I was able to get on with my day. What a great management and staff!

I had Apex service my commercial grade True (TS1) elliptical and discovered it needed a belt replacement. Apex ordered what we thought was the correct belt directly from the Elliptical manufacturer, True. Once tech Dave came out to do the replacement it was clear the belt size was incorrect. Long story short, Apex had to order the belt 3 times from True, who kept insisting they sent the correct belt, and on the 3rd receipt of the wrong belt, True finally told Apex tech Dave the belt is no longer made! Apex staff found an aftermarket belt right away once True admitted they were wrong and I now have the elliptical working smoothly like new. I commend Apex’s entire staff for sticking up for their customer and not giving up on a tough call. Today’s business standard of customer service is non-existent for most companies. However Apex stands as a model for excellence from all staff involved in getting my issue resolved. Thank you Dave, Lou and the Apex staff that made this happen and restoring my faith that great service is important to both company and customer.

If you need any service on your fitness equipment you can not go wrong by calling Farmer's Fitness. I can not say enough about how happy I am with the service I received from this company. It started when I contacted CHELSEA to schedule service for our non-working treadmill. She was great to work with and addressed all my concerns. She returned all my phone calls within the same day and was able to schedule their certified technician PRESTON JANTZ within a few days. They ordered the needed parts from the manufacture and kept me informed on the shipping status. Preston did a very good job in the repair of the treadmill and even cleaned up the work area when he was done. He insured we were satisfied with the repairs before he left. Ed Lyerla Casa Grande, AZ
