5 stars for Mark Smith and Ace Fitness! Mark was absolutely incredible. My elliptical had been misdiagnosed in the past, and he took the time to actually get to the root of the problem. He not only figured out what was wrong—he fixed it. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He cleaned the machine, kept my studio immaculate, cleaned up everything when he was finished, and explained exactly what he found and what he did. Beyond his expertise, Mark was kind, gentle, professional, and incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. His pricing was also extremely reasonable, especially considering his level of experience. I would highly recommend Mark Smith and Ace Fitness for any fitness equipment service or repair needs, whether you own a private studio, gym, or home equipment. Truly outstanding service.

I have used Ace Fitness for my gym equipment repairs for several years and they are absolutely the best! And today they did not disappoint! It all started with Jessie taking my initial call and sending someone out immediately. Then Logan showed up on time and took care of everything and then some. They are really good guys and they’re very honest guys and they are very hard-working guys. The initial prognosis was I would probably need a new battery for my elliptical. But when Logan came and checked it out, it just needed to recalibrated. Logan’s honesty saved me a lot of money. Plus his repairs made my elliptical feel like it is brand new again. Thank you, Jessie and thank you, Logan. We really do appreciate you guys and your very hard work.

Juan was very professional, courteous, and kind! Got the problem with my True treadmill diagnosed, and worked in conjunction with True manufacture to procure the parts needed to get my treadmill up and running! Kept me informed of their arrival time, and in fact arrived on time. They were very professional and worked on the issue with recumbent bike. Fixed the issue and were leaving in about 35-40 minutes. I will definitely use them again for repairs and maintenance.

Logan provided great service. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, was thorough testing, and quickly diagnosed what appeared to be the issue with my treadmill. He also took the time to perform a few additional tasks before leaving.

Fast, friendly and efficient install.

I have a treadmill and an elliptical that I use all the time so maintenance is important. Logan performed that service for me. He was professional and efficient and informed me what was done clearly.

Since 2005, Ace Fitness has been our go-to company to expertly service and move our home fitness machines. Ruben and team - specifically Jesse, Isa and Logan are professional, prompt, and friendly.

Logan from Ace Fitness replaced my treadmill belt and did general maintenance. He was on time and courteous. Was glad Ace Fitness was able to find this part because the original treadmill company no longer makes this part for my treadmill.

Zo and Axel were amazing. We had a piece of equipment on order that they delivered today. Did a complete assembly and test to make sure everything was working as it should. Cleaned up and made everything look good once they were done. Even moved the equipment a couple of times to try different spots to see what looked and worked best. Highly recommend them!

Axel & Juan just removed the my old treadmill & set up my new treadmill. The access was tight but they completed the removal & set up without damaging any walls or wood trim. And they did it all with smiles on their faces. Thank you for sending this team.

Axel and Cody did a fantastic job. They arrived 30 minutes early (but called first to make sure it was okay). They were extremely careful moving our equipment. They patiently made sure all of the equipment was centered on the mats, and the mats were centered on the floor. They whole experience was pleasant and stress free, so I highly recommend Ace for your equipment moving needs.
