The experience we have had with US Fitness Products of Raleigh throughout a large upgrade project at our community has been one of the best large project experiences I've ever had with a vendor. Their entire team is incredible, and they made the process as easy, and smooth as possible for us. And it turned out fantastic! They are so fast to respond to any questions and truly deliver on excellent products. A special shout out to Averette and Kylie over at US Fitness Products who I had the pleasure of working with on our community's fitness center's upgrade project. Very happy with my experience buying a treadmill from here! Browsing the store was a nice, low pressure experience. John gave us space to look around without hovering, yet he was very friendly. Calling a few days later to make the purchase was quick and easy. I liked how efficient the online systems were — the online payment process was convenient and the delivery scheduling system was seamless. Overall, the customer service was well above average! Also, I appreciate that they matched the discount that the manufacturer’s website was offering, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. John was very honest about what I did and didn’t need for my situation.

Over the years we have bought multiple pieces of equipment for our home gym from US Fitness products.
