Averette and team assisted us with a large equipment refresh in a community fitness center. Very happy with my experience buying a treadmill from here! Browsing the store was a nice, low pressure experience. John gave us space to look around without hovering, yet he was very friendly. Calling a few days later to make the purchase was quick and easy. I liked how efficient the online systems were — the online payment process was convenient and the delivery scheduling system was seamless. Overall, the customer service was well above average! Also, I appreciate that they matched the discount that the manufacturer’s website was offering, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. John was very honest about what I did and didn’t need for my situation.

Over the years we have bought multiple pieces of equipment for our home gym from US Fitness products. The sales people have been knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with making the right purchase decision. The delivery personel were on time, professional, and assembled the equipment quickly and correctly. The fitness equipment we have (used daily) has been extremely reliable, never a problem. However, I am confident the Service group would fix any issue we might encounter.

Had a seamless process getting our new elliptical from US Fitness Products. They determined quickly the best model for us. Removed our old equipment and installed the quietest, smoothest elliptical ever.

Kelvin did outstanding work on what was a challenging repair job on an older Precor recumbent bike. He’s a professional and all-around awesome guy.
