ServiceRX Treadmill Repair Raleigh

ServiceRX was one of the few companies (North Carolina) that would even take residential (home) customer's service request! Most of the others were mainly focused on businesses (gyms, etc.). Their tech was great at what he did; he was able to take apart my Nordicktrack treadmill in less than 25 mins (I needed it to go through a door to get it out the house, lol). The only thing to consider is that their service is not cheap (not to me, anyway), but there are not many options around.

Excellent maintenance service on my gym equipment. The work and information about possible problems in the future to look for was very helpful. Left all equipment clean and working well. I have used this company for several years and they have always done a great job.

Technician was great. Very informative and helpful! Appreciated his help. However - after the first repair the belt was again more off centered and rubbing. 2nd technician was again helpful and informative. Now after this repair the belt is slipping and making much more noise (grinding)than before. Sadly we need support to come out again! Repair team is great but we’re beginning to think our Horizon treadmill is not worth the investment.

Awesome service ! Daphne and her partner (forgot his name) were fast and professional . They tested out the equipment before leaving , allowed me to test it out . They educated me on how to maintain it and were extremely knowledgeable about the products ! 10 out of 10! The management team was able to stay in communication with me and was flexible about scheduling the time of service around my hectic schedule. Highly recommend ! Well done team

Scott Jennings was excellent! Personable, knowledgable and communicating freely with me regarding the maintenance of my bike. He even made friends with my dog, who at times can be a handful! I am happy to have found Service RX and Scott to work with.

Draven was able to figure out very quickly what was wrong with out elliptical! He fixed it quickly and even gave us information on maintenance items for the equipment and when to perform maintenance. So happy we can finally use the machine!! Draven was very polite and knowledgeable! Definitely will use this company again as needed! Thanks

Oh my gosh Daphne did an awesome job. This was not an easy fix. She knew exactly what to do told me how long and finished on time. She told me she would be at the house between 9:00 and 9:15. She arrived at exactly 9:00 am. Super nice tech. I would ask for her again.
