The Dumbell Man Fitness Equipment

The local phone number listed is never being answered. I left a message and it was routed to the corporate office out of state. I received a message from the territory manager (Mickey?) With annoyance in his voice, and an undertone to make me feel stupid, and followed by a little laugh he let me know that I was wrong to leave a voicemail since it went out of state... I called him back and explained that they might want to update the number that is listed on Google and got awkward silence. I proceeded with asking him if he carried a product line and he let me know that it would take 3 weeks if the manufacturer had the products. I let him know that wouldn't work for us and he asked if it HAD to be Hydrow. As soon as I answered, he sharply said "okay, bye" and hung up. We need the units quicker than 3 weeks, I don't think that's so unreasonable that I need to be treated like I'm such an annoyance. Hydrow is what's in the contract, we have no other options. Steer clear of these guys.

Very knowledgeable staff and quality service. Highly recommend for all your fitness equipment needs!

I drove out here to find out they are appointment only and unfortunately nobody would answer the phone.
