One Day Fitness Repair

I called One Day Fitness Repair this morning with a problem with my Precor Upright Bike. Rusty gave me an appointment in the afternoon. He texted me when he was on his way. I really like that. Rusty arrived on time. He had to go to two different places to find my part. My bike is working fine now and I am really happy! Rusty is my go to guy! Thank you Rusty!

Needed a treadmill moved/serviced and these guys did an amazing job. Easy to schedule, were on time and had everything taken care of. They made a difficult task very easy for us!!!

I moved from California to Las Vegas and needed a Hoist Mi6 gym machine assembled. One Day Fitness Repairs came to my house and assembled the machine. Rusty and his workers showed up on time and did a professional job. The machine is working like new. Very happy and highly recommend Rusty and his crew for fitness equipment repairs and assembly.

Rusty repairs furniture too! We have a reclining Fjord leather loveseat that kept falling out of the pivot point for the recline. We made an appointment with Rusty, he came to our home, and diagnosed the problem. There was a weld that was failing that made the connection loose. So he disassembled the loveseat and took the frame to his shop to repair the weld. He also reinforced the pivot point. The loveseat feels much sturdier. We are very pleased with his work and the cost, and would not hesitate to call on him again. Highly recommend.

Rusty was referred to me to move some exercise equipment from a downstairs bedroom to the upstairs loft. He was responsive and got me an appointment quickly to get the job done. He showed up on time and moved my equipment to their new spot. Overall very happy and would recommend him.

Gave me a two hour window arrival for my appointment which he chose the day and time and was a no-show. He was gracious to offer me another two hour window to wait the next day. What a guy. Refused to lower his price by even $1 after wasting my afternoon. However, my new service provider scheduled is quoting 20% cheaper, so a big silver lining of my bad experience with One Day Fitness Repair. He’s unreliable AND overpriced. BTW they need to change their company name for accuracy.

Whenever we have a piece of equipment that needs repair this company is our go too. Never had a job or repair he couldn't fix. Highly recommend 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Get "Rusty"! If we as consumers spend the money on our massage chairs (my husband has an Osaki) and something happens, you want the best. Rusty was amazing. He came, he was able to repair what was needed and as a precaution, even re-ordered a part directly from the company that we ordered our chair from, and will be back to reinstall that part JUST in case, to make sure we are happy and there are no more issues with our chair. We truly appreciate it - thank you Rusty!

Rusty did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing our treadmill. He quickly stopped by and provided an accurate estimate and when the parts arrived he completed the repair. We have been back on the treadmill and it is as good as new. I will be contacting him if I need any further repairs on any of my fitness equipment.

Well, I have spent the day crying...my second treadmill delivered from Amazon busted after 30 minutes this time (0 minutes the first, so applause for improvement). Researching is one of my favorite things but this is giving me a little meltdown moment because during pandemic we discovered some illnesses in me that are debilitating me rapidly. I'm a 37 year old woman and I feel 70, at least....I need to be able to rehab through endurance walking, and am FINALLY stoked to workout but have had to wait 3 weeks, in bed, because I am not able to go to a gym and it's dangerous for me to walk outside (the ailments again - no boohoo just setting the stage for Rusty to save the day).... It has been a BAD day...and then the ray of sunshine that is Rusty answered the phone on the first ring and gave me all kinds of wonderful advice and encouragement. I couldn't suggest him more and I haven't even worked with him technically yet! Thank you, Rusty...you made my day a lot better.

They gave me quote over the phone, showed up at the time they stated, got 2 large exercise equipment unassembled and moved them upstairs as requested, and then reassembled them in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

Our Precor elliptical machine got misaligned during our move to Henderson. Rusty quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine. He is very knowledgeable about the exercise equipment and was responsive and on time. I highly recommend One Day Fitness Repair for any home exercise machine issues.

Great service! Had a Precor Elliptical that stopped working after we moved it. The console was the issue and he was able to send it off for refurbishment. He was upfront about cost and very reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past. Will definitely use him for all future needs.

Very happy with repair service on the treadmill and putting a Sole elliptical machine together. First, Randy called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment. I was so happy to know that I did not have to miss a full week without treadmill only a couple days. Secondly, Randy and his assistant were very respectful of the flooring and the equipment which meant a lot to me. I’m probably a little more particular than the average person touching my stuff. I just like my stuff well taken care of and appreciate Randy and his assistant respecting that value. Huge thanks to the assistant. I apologize for forgetting his name but every mother would be proud about his manners and organization. He carefully unwrapped everything and tucked all the garage neatly into bags. It has been a very long time since I have seen someone his age so neat. He properly put things together while Randy followed behind to tighten the part. It was a well-tuned system. Very pleased. Rusty is professional , reliable, and knowledgeable. He was able to point out the defects in a few pieces of our gym equipment. He did not try to sell or up charge us for things we do not need which is very UNCOMMON with other fitness repair companies. Rusty's services and prices are the best in town. Highly recommended.
