Brain has the best customer service that I have ever encountered. I am thankful that I met such a professional young man that inspires to build the company. Brains attention to detail is amazing and the team always makes me feel at home. Brain needs a raise because of him going above and beyond to meet all of my needs. They have the best equipment and always has new items updated on the website. It's a must see if you are interested in fitness.

Fantastic customer experience. I have a 12 year old Keys Fitness functional trainer. One of the cables broke. I called numerous companies and they said that they couldn’t repair the cable and the only other option was to buy an entirely new machine. I thought that was absolutely absurd. I called Speedy Gym Repair and spoke with Shannon. Not only were they able to repair it, the service tech Joe came out the very next day. I asked Joe to replace both cables and he did. I’m back in business!! Great service. Great price. Incredibly satisfied customer!

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to send a technician to my home to repair my Life Fitness 95R recumbent bike. Couldn’t be happier with the amazingly fast (same day!) and HONEST service on my Schwinn 270 Recumbent Bike. Everyone else I called tried to sell me a new bike for $1k+ but Brian and his team simply offered to come look at it for a very reasonable price that included an hour of service if they could repair it. To my absolute amazement, these two polite gentlemen (who also arrived in masks and followed all Covid precautions) showed me what was wrong, fixed it at no charge beyond the originally quoted service call, and even added some preventative silicone to the metal pedal attachments for me! Done with SGR!! Will not be using them again!! We have used them for years for repairs on two different treadmills. Parts are way over priced. If you order your own parts, they will tack on an additional $85 fee for "labor", after they have stated that fee will be waived on a return visit, following the initial diagnosis. We were charged $85 for one hour labor on their first visit and the technician was finished in less than 15 minutes. We already knew what the issue was and told him. Also, there is an additional $105 fee each time they travel from Pompano Beach to Palm Beach Gardens. I know gas is expensive, but really? It's sad that they are ruining their business trying to make more money. There are many other options for quality fitness equipment repair in the area. You just need to do your research.

I love Speedy Gym Repair. They are extremely knowledgable and provide excellent customer service. Any issue I have with my gym equipment they can handle. I even bought a treadmill from them. They're the best in the business.

We purchased a weight stack, treadmill & some various free weight dumbbells. Used equipment but in excellent working condition. Great customer service, answered all of our questions and concerns. We have purchased more stuff for our home gym and really like the service they provide. Makes it hard to miss a workout when you have great equipment at home... They will also keep an eye open for stuff you want and call if they find somthing & think it'll fit your needs...

Best service in South Florida! You should expand your business to other industries, so your awesome service becomes standard. Everything from scheduling, confirmation and the service technician’s patience, politeness and proactive behavior is not easy to find these days!

I would NEVER, EVER recommend them. There is absolutely NOTHING Speedy about them. I left a voice mail on Sunday( a non-holiday weekend) and Monica finally returned my call on Tuesday...set up an appointment for me for Friday between 2 and 4 p.m. for a treadmill belt replacement (I had already purchased the belt). What happened after that: they pulled a NO SHOW. At 4:05 p.m. I called Monica to ask her why/when the technician was arricing and was told she'd call the technician to see when he would be out. She called me back and said the technician had a longer than scheduled day and she would have to reschedule for SIX days later.Really? Are you kidding me? A simple phone call early/earlier in the day to let me know they weren't going to able to make it I would have understood but to let me sit around all afternoon thinking they were coming? REALLY? A NO SHOW and NO phone call?. HORRIBLE communications skills, HORRIBLE customer service...don't bother.
