Been using this company to service my Precor 9.33 treadmill since 2002. Yes, they are hard to get scheduled. It sometimes takes a few times of contacting them. However, 100% worth the wait. They are knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I've been grateful to have them since my first repair 22 years ago!

Their customer services is very poor. Messages have been left and no one returns the calls. We have been waiting 2 weeks they said they would come back after the initial visit and then never contacted us again. Even though they said they would come back the next day. I’d give ZERO stars if possible.
