Southeast Fitness Repair

What an amazing experience! I'm a new business owner opening up a training facility. I researched installers and found Southeast Fitness Repair. I called and talked with Kelly Eason, and immediately knew my search was over. Having never done this before, Kelly put me at ease and answered questions I hadn't yet thought of. Throughout the process, she stayed in contact with me confirming my shipping date and went out of her way to work with the shipper to ensure there would be no delays. Kelly's team showed up when promised, were extremely knowledgeable, and professional and did an outstanding job installing our equipment. Thank you to Kelly and her team for such an awesome job!! Could not have done this without you!

Edit - I have since heard from them and I received the part for my treadmill. Might have just been a miscommunication not really sure. But I would use them again. The problem was fixed ☺️ They came out to my home towards the end of September. Then another technician came out with the first one to try to get my treadmill fixed. They discovered the problem and they put the order in for me to get a very simple part to get my treadmill working again. Since then I still have not received my part and I have been contacting them since I'm getting invoices stating I still owe them money. However I already paid them with a check which they cashed. They have not returned any phone calls and they refused to respond to my emails. My only option now is to try to find the part myself and install it myself since they refuse to continue with what they said they were going to do which was to fix my treadmill. I would never recommend using them as a way to fix your treadmill or any other exercise equipment you have as they are not apparently able to respond to voicemails or emails but continue to send me an invoice even though I've already paid them in full from the price they had quoted me.

I had southeast fitness repair come out to help with a treadmill and they were timely and kind. Highly recommend if you are having issues with your gym equipment.

Please Do not use this company and I would not recommend Southeast Fitness Repair to my worst enemy! They were contracted by Icon to fix my Nordictrack Elliptical. They sent out four technicians and not one of them was able to fix the machine. They actually made it worst and instead of admitting their failure they blamed it on me. A manager named Kelly said I was hostile basically to cover up their incompetence. Clearly I'm frustrated with their lies and incompetence, so it's easier to say it's the customers fault. Instead of admitting they couldn't can't fix it! Southeast Fitness think they can get away with fraud and deception and no one will care. I work hard for my money and I will not let Southeast Fitness get away with Fraud and lies. Obviously their technicians were not qualified or experienced to fix the machine. I requested they send out a supervisor or senior technician and they would not do that. This is not good customer service at all! I'm frustrated that I had to deal with this company for several months and still my machine is not fixed, and that they actually made it worst. Please beware and do not patronize this business! They do not care about their business or customers!

If you are contracted to these people, CHANGE IT NOW! Do not do business with Southeast Fitness. The lady in the office "Rosemary" fed me a whole bunch of BS saying it took them 4 days to receive my information from the contractors. Now she is saying she still has to get a hold of her dispatch to see when they can come out. So it's been almost a week that they have had $180 of mine, and they can't even tell me when someone is going to be out here. I still haven't heard back. If I have to wait another day, I'm requesting a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I recently needed some maintenance done on my stepper machine, which I purchased elsewhere and which was fortunately still under warranty. The manufacturer contracted Southeast Fitness Repair to do the repair work. Robert came to install the new motor and did a fantastic job setting up the new components and reassembling the machine. It's now running like new.

I have a fitness studio in Jax Beach and I couldn't be more pleased with SE Fitness Repair. Their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile is recognized. Ashton is one of the most knowledgable people I have met and willing to fix the issues of any of our equipment. I will always reach out to them first before anyone else for out equipment repair needs. Thank you for putting people first!

Would not use this company nor recommend it. Called to have my personal stair stepper fixed and after two visits (fee for each visit) and more than $300 in parts, my machine is in the exact same broken condition as when I called them the first time. I have now spent more than $700 between parts and service to fix machine. Latest call to them, they offered to send their "senior" repair tech this time - which would cost another $150 just to have him come out and look....no thanks. I'll chalk this up as a $700 rip off. Can't see how companies like this exist.

First class service. From the office staff, to the techs. I won’t let anyone else touch my equipment. Thank you South East! 5 stars doesn’t even give these guys the credit they deserve.

Employee driving Company van nearly ran me off the road, he was driving erratic and irresponsible. Would not recommend anyone to use a company that allows the employees to act that way while representing their company.

Drive up to a pump at a gas station and this guy actually backed up to the pump and stole it from me. License plate GQD U80 Over weight man about 6’ with long hair in a pony tail and a blue bandana.
