What really stood out was that he took the time to educate me on proper treadmill maintenance, which I greatly appreciated. Josh contacted me quickly and scheduled an inspection of our treadmill for the following day. His inspection was thorough and he replaced the part that failed within the next week. After weeks of trying to troubleshoot a loose connection treadmill issue, I decided to book an appointment hoping to finally fix my issue. Josh effectively evaluated the issue and pinpointed the loose connections that others could not find. He made sure all connections were proper and kept the treadmill working proper moving forward. I only wish I would have contacted Fitness Machine Technicians sooner.

I had contacted another company before contacting Fitness Machine Technicians. That company didn't return my calls neither my emails. So I checked they reviews they were awful. So I Google other companies that could assist me. I read Fitness Machine Technicians reviews and they were awesome. And that sealed it with me so I contacted them. I'm so glad I did. They have exceptional great customer service. The individual who answered my call was very patient answering questions. The technician who came to my home was very pleasant. He was very thorough putting up my treadmill. I was surprise how quickly he finished the job. I refer all my family and friends to this company. They are genuine.😊

I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service I received from FMT! Josh was sent to fix my elliptical and immediately I felt like he was going to get the job done. This company is fantastic! The owner Josh was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. He received pictures of the damaged part on my Spinning NXT and found the replacement, ordered and reached out to schedule repair before the part even arrived. The price was very fair and transparent, communication was on point, received text and email before arrival. After the part was replaced, spend considerable time ensuring the fly wheel alignment was on point ahs fine tuned to perfection. Offered to come back in a week or two of I notice anything off about it. This bike runs better now than it did when I purchased it. These guys are AWESOME and I highly recommend.

March 9, 2024 Persistence Pays Off! I recently had an experience with Josh H. Initially, I was very disappointed when he didn't quite hit the mark during his first visit to repair my treadmill. However, what followed was a commendable display of dedication and commitment. The first repair attempt left me with more bad issues and a totally non-functioning treadmill, the minor hiccups that I used to have, has turned into a major concern: What will I do with a very expensive "Dead" treadmill that weighs over 350 lbs?! Frustrated, I reached out to Josh H. again, hoping for a better outcome. To my surprise, he called me up and scheduled me right away, returned promptly, armed with a renewed determination. This time, he dove into the problem with a meticulous approach. He diagnosed the treadmill thoroughly, addressing not only the existing issues but also ensuring that every component was functioning optimally. Despite the initial setback, I appreciate his commitment to making things right. He took the time to explain the repairs, and ensuring I understood the steps taken. Great company! I bought a good quality used elliptical, but it needed some adjustments and basically a tune up. It was making quite a bit of noise. The technician arrived with a mask and even offered to wear shoe coverings in my home. He worked on the machine and now it is working MUCH better. It may need some further maintenance at some point since it is an older machine and I will not hesitate to call Fitness Machine Technicians again. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased.

My Horizon treadmill was damaged in shipping and when I requested parts from Horizon they connected me with Fitness Machine Technicians. The company was an absolute pleasure to work with -- the owner Sharon was so kind and friendly on the phone and my technician Josh was incredibly nice... he took the time to explain different components of the treadmill and common causes of issues so that I can maintain it properly. If I ever have issues with any equipment, Fitness Machine Techs are who I will call first!

Great interaction between all parties involved, from scheduling with the office to the technician himself. The repair went smoothly, we had a good discussion about my repair and what to expect and watch out for now and later. For reference, they replaced my main tread and my motor belt. Afterwards, they tested, adjusted and calibrated the treadmill before leaving. Very friendly, would highly recommend for any repairs in your future.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Sharon this morning about my very old Schwinn Elliptical Trainer Model 438. Her interpersonal skills are amazing! She was not only honest and shared with me the cost of service, possible repairs and etc.but that I may spend more than what I originally paid second hand. This level of personal customer service and empathy are very rare in today's society and definite qualities to keep! Although, I did not schedule an appointment today, I will highly recommend your company in the future to others! Amazing service!! My treadmill starting giving me a burning smell on Friday 7/10 around noon. I called a couple of places I found online. One guy said he'd call me back, he never did. Another guy wanted me to pay a week in advance for service, and was not able to commit on a day/time that he'd com out. He also had an attitude, like he was doing me a favor. Total jerk. Thankfully, I found FMT!! Josh was amazing to work with. He was easy to communicate with and provided prompt updates on his expected time of arrival. Once at my home, he was very helpful and got the treadmill back up and running within an hour. He KNOWS SERVICE!! Thank you so much for being so prompt and professional!

They fixed my recumbent bike. Their price was reasonable and the technician was professional. My bike is now as good as new. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to my family. Saved myself the travel, expense and time looking for a new bike!
