Sean was so thorough in evaluating my treadmill, which was glitchy & inconsistent with its power output. He took the time to assess, gave great feedback as to his analysis, & helped us determine what needs to be done to resolve it. I highly recommend this company for all of your servicing needs!

There’s some solid equipment here at solid machines. We were looking everywhere to build out our home gym from scratch and nowhere had better prices than these guys. Marcus was our sales guy who helped us and he did a fantastic job arranging the purchase and delivery of all our equipment. They have some pretty solid dumbbells, solid plates, solid smith machines…even their prices are solid. Thanks to solid machines, we now have our very own solid gym! Their delivery people were really nice. They even replaced one of my dumbbells that had a scratch on it. I would definitely use them to repair my gym equipment if there was ever a problem, but I don’t anticipate there being any because this equipment is rock solid.

These guys are great. Easy to setup service, good communication, and a quick good fix for my exercycle. I'd happily use again and highly recommend.

This is the second time using Solid Machines. A couple years ago Slava came out and fixed my elliptical machine. He was friendly, on time and very professional. I just bought a Stairmaster from them on 12-18-23, and also dealt with Slava again. He was the same, polite, friendly, punctual, and answered all my questions. Dennis was the technician that came out and delivered my Stairmaster and installed it in my garage. This thing huge and very heavy. Dennis was great, also very personable and professional. He didn’t leave until the machine was set up and exactly where I wanted it since it’s very heavy. I’m very happy with Solid Machines and would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing their equipment, or looking to buy new or used workout equipment. A+ rating from me!

Great equipment at a great value. They deliver and install large gym equipment which is a huge value. You'll have to wait for months for online gym stores and you have to spend hours doing your own assembly. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a REP Fitness Arcadia Max cable unit and a RITFIT Leg Ext/Leg Curl Combo and needed equipment assembly. I wasn’t sure if they offered these services but decided to reach out. Solid Machines and Technician Sean are terrific!!! I had a big issue/problem with a 15-year old treadmill. I had a bad feeling it would be unrepairable. Sean came to my home to service it; he was very honest, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough and after nearly 2 hours of extensive work, he found the problem(s). I have never been MORE GRATEFUL for the service and professionalism. I would absolutely and most highly recommend Solid Machines…and I give the company AND Technician Sean a solid 10!!!

A very positive experience from initial contact to maintenance on my treadmill. James, the technician, was very nice, professional, courteous. Checked my treadmill thoroughly, told me what parts needed, recommended I contact treadmill manufacturer to see if parts under warranty. They are! Are being shipped to me and I will have Solid Machines install. When James was done, he left area clean and I wouldn’t have known someone had been here. Just great. I am a happy customer. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Solid Machines and their technician Aaron. I needed to have the walking board on my treadmill replaced and they provided me with a quick and accurate estimate over the phone. They were able to schedule me for service within just two days, which was a pleasant surprise. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and got right to work. He replaced the walking board quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to clean up the work area and put my treadmill back in its original spot. In addition to the repair work, Aaron provided me with some helpful tips on how to maintain my treadmill, which was much appreciated. The price for the service was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Solid Machines and Aaron to anyone in need of treadmill repair or maintenance.

After calling several other companies, I am very happy to have reached Solid Machines. They were very responsive, offering me an appointment the next day. Aaron did excellent work repairing my exercise bike quickly and effectively. Unlike many of their competitors, Solid Machines offered me a (very reasonable) fixed service fee rather than an hourly rate with a minimum. I highly recommend Solid Machines, and plan to use them in future.

I contacted Solid Machines for annual maintenance on my elliptical. This is the second time using them for maintenance on my elliptical. Sean reached out to let me know his eta. He was great with completing service timely and also providing some recommendations for the next annual maintenance based on his assessment during current service.
