Fantastic store! We have dealt with this store and its reps for many years. We continue to find them knowledgeable and friendly. We have made several major purchases and are very satisfied with quality of equipment.

Had never been to the store before but a friend of mine from the gym I work out at recommended the place. They had exactly what I was looking for in a recumbent exercise bicycle. I was pleasantly and professionally assisted by Dottie who patiently explained and reviewed the essential features of the bike. She ensured that all was good and managed the delivery process which was also handled exceptionally well by Julius and Fred. They showed up right on time, and then took their time making sure that I understood how to operate the accessories. The entire process, from beginning to end, was handled flawlessly. It is always a treat to do business with people who understand what it means to provide superior customer service.

In store staff was helpful and polite. She was attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns about which equipment to buy. She checked on availability of equipment and delivery dates to give us all options before buying. She was helpful with suggestions to make our home gym safe and effective without being pushy or getting the feeling of being upsold on items. We ordered some equipment for set up and delivery. Delivery/set up costs were very reasonable and completely worth it! The delivery/set up crew was super friendly, professional, and a delight to work with. The two guys that came to our home were excellent- down to earth, hardworking, engaged my son in conversation about where he wanted to set up cage and bench, and genuine. We enjoyed our experience working with Sacramento Exercise Equipment Center and would go back for future needs.

Colton was such a great help in finding new/additional equipment for my fitness studio. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience in contemplating what I wanted to buy. When I asked him about specific things he had no problem looking things up of figuring out. Love the new layout and the wonderful customer service.

We went to this store looking for equipment for a home gym. Dylon showed us a functional trainer that would work well for us. He explained and demonstrated the equipment and showed us what was needed to complete the set up. Dylon was great to work with, was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the equipment. The guys who came and set up the equipment did a great job too! The whole process was easy and we are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend this store and Dylon.

This store beats Amazon hands down. Dylon was patient, informative and we could tell he genuinely cared about getting us to our fitness goals. Great prices along with a well laid out store. Will definitely come back soon for a Precor Treadmill when we make space in our garage!

Excellent customer service, support and delivery service! I have had the pleasure of doing business with Sacramento Exercise Equipment a few times over the past couple of months and every experience has been nothing but a pleasure. Their staff has always been polite, courteous and eager to help even in these crazy times when they were dealing with equipment shortage and stuff. I purchased a rack which was delivered and installed on time by their extremely helpful and polite staff. I want to give a special shout out to Chris for being patient with my constant visits to check on stock, and for his willingness to help. Sacramento Exercise Equipment Center is going to be my first stop for all of my fitness equipment needs!

This is a good place to go and check out reasonably priced equipment. One of their sales associates (Dottie) was truly amazing. She had high energy, truly knowledgeable, and really cared about what I was looking to accomplish. She is the type of employee that makes a difference in the work place. We just made a >$5,000 purchase. The delivery guys were fantastic! Our sales person was amazing! Unfortunately they didn’t have the 50 pound dumbbells in stock and we weren’t told until the delivery crew showed up! Happy with our purchase, guess we just gotta wait a bit longer?

They're very knowledgeable about their products but they need to seriously improve upon their communication. I've had constantly follow up to get updates on both the order for my elliptical as well as repairs. Always promised an email or callback yet I always have to be the one to follow up again it's little frustrating but otherwise have had a good experience with them

As a long time customer I was apprehensive when I heard the place was bought out but when I was greeted by Dylon and had him show me around I can honestly say Sacramento Exercise is better than ever! Dylon was really cool and had a lot of great advice for what equipment would work best for my goal. The store looks way better than it ever did under the previous ownership. Will be back to complete the rest of my fitness room!

Victor truly kind man that really cares about his customers. Since 2018 I have bought 5 pieces of equipment with Julian and Craig putting the equipment together and delivering. Those guys with Fred and outstanding!!! Dottie is also great and very helpful in finding a the right equipment for your needs. If there is anything bad about this place it is a person by the name of Martin. Martin is the delivery/put the equipment together guy that the owner Victor recommendeds. He is arrogant with a little cockyness to his demeanor. He needs to be more humble and learn how to provide great customer service like Julian and Fred do.

We purchased a nice, efficient Horizon Fitness Treadmill from Sacramento Exercise Equipment Center in October of 2006. We had it serviced for the first time, in a timely manner, May of 2010 (under our extended warranty). The unit stopped working a second time, in March of 2019. I called and spoke with the Owner, Victor, who answered the phone. The next day, Bill, an excellent service rep, showed up to our Grass Valley home & replaced a few burned out wires. The service cost was extremely reasonable; service excellent. And keep in mind, this was TWELVE PLUS YEARS after our initial purchase, from the same Sacramento Exercise Equipment Center!! When our treadmill stopped working, we called... and were up & running (well, walking) the very next day. Thanks, Everyone!!

The ONLY place I go for exercise equipment. They have everything you could need even the more uncommon items you can’t find most places. The deals are incredible on quality stuff and the service can’t be beat. Very helpful people that aren’t pushy but just help you find what you need. They have a great used section to find discounted gear. You can find what you need on any budget.

I walked in to price a inner outer thigh machine. We had to call to have it approved on our card. While there I found some weights for $28.99 and decided to pick them up. I waited in line while the clerk helped someone else. A guy doing a returned walked in the store after I was waiting in line for 5 minutes and she helped him first. I was giving you money and he was taking your money and I had waited longer. First rule of business is help the paying customer first. If I’m treated like this for $28.99 what am I to expect when spending $2,000.00. I left and won’t be back.

Stopped by the store 10/1. When going in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I had any questions. I refused help simply because I wanted to look around first. Then, after looking around, I began to ask the representative a question but didn't see her on the phone so I waited until she got off. While waiting, another woman approached her counter *after* me and even asked me if I was waiting to speak with the rep. of which I replied, yes. When the representative got off the phone, she addressed me first and after asking her but only 2 questions regarding what equipment will help with my core and arms, she asked if I didn't mind her showing the other customer where something was. I told her, under the impression that all she had planned to do was show someone where something was, I was ok waiting. While waiting, the other customer and her partner began asking SEVERAL questions causing me to have to wait to be helped for a long time. I eventually told the only other representative in the store that it was rude and left. Someone else saw the entire ordeal and honestly, I felt it was important to get my frustration out via posting a review. The lady did seem nice but it's common courtesy to take the customer who came first. If she went beyond showing them where the product was, it's also her job to apologize to them and explain why she must attend to me. This was literally my FIRST TIME AT THIS STORE AND WILL ALSO BE MY LAST.

Looked online for workout equipment for a youth football team and found a gem in Sacramento Exercise Equipment. Service there was friendly, efficient, speedy, and most important AFFORDABLE!! I worked with Colton and found a new partnership after spending 10 min in the store. Very helpful and professional

Not a bad shop. Good assortment of gear. Really friendly, helpful staff. I was sad to hear Amazon is their supplier, honestly my only reason for three stars instead of five. Boo Amazon.
