UPDATE - today I received a call from their 'customer satisfaction' rep. She offered to give me a complete refund in return for me deleting this review! So basically they are buying a positive review on Google. I declined the refund out of principal. Original post - Guy came out and only spent about 15 minutes “diagnosing” my problem. Said it was bad wiring and he would send me a quote to repair. He left my machine in parts all over the floor. When i found it i noticed two of the wires were disconnected. I reconnected them and console works fine. I originally asked him out because the belt wasn’t moving. His diagnosis was way off and he wants to charge me more for his poor work.

I asked for my treadmill to be calibrated and rest to not turn off until 7 hours. It was set to 4hours which is not what I paid for. I am attempting a world record and several others but once I called and emailed and called again to say it wasn’t completed correctly I get no response no return messages nothing just pure silence and clearly the signs say open so NO I never would recommend this company’s work. I must update this!! Marcus is here on a Saturday as they are closed fixing my treadmill which to me is above and beyond customer service. I’m running a Guinness World record on this treadmill and he is here making sure it is certified and ready to go which is the greatest customer service!! Excellent service. Tech very knowledgeable and polite. He was very careful removing and replacing each of the failed parts on the bike. He checked and/or calibrated each one carefully as he installed them. Bike runs great now.
