Fitness Machine Technicians

Jucobie Reedy was my technician. He was on time gave me a call letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was very professional and explained what was doing and explained to me what caused my issue. Overall he was great.

They were very easy to schedule an appoint with and when my technician arrived(Troy) he was very nice and professional. He explained everything in great detail to me and showed me how to maintain the machine. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job for me. I highly recommend using them for your maintance and repair needs.

Jucobie did an excellent job. Got our LifeFitness stair climber handle buttons fixed and greased the chain in no time. Will be using Fitness Machine Technicians again whenever we have issues with our equipment in the future!

I had Jucobie out to repair my NordicTrack treadmill. He did a great job fixing the walking belt and did a complete maintenance while he had the unit apart. I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians and specifically Jucobie.

Jucobie visited today as our treadmill was creaking badly. He tightened all the bolts, checked everything over and then educated me on how to tighten the bolts myself. He was super friendly and helpful. I will request him if we need future service.

Jucobie was the service tech who came out to work on my treadmill. He called me to let me know his ETA. He was very courteous when we met. He worked on the machine then showed me pictures of his work and walked me through everything he did. He also explained how I could keep the machine running smoothly on my own. Jucobie was very professional with a pre-contact to announce arrival time. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my machine quickly, then did a full explanation of what was wrong. Then he did a demo So that we could check all of the different settings on the machine to make sure that they were working. Highly recommend.

Appointment process was easy. Technician (Troy Stephens) arrived on schedule and completed the maintenance and adjustment of our Treadmill. He also gave me recommendations in case we had any issues going forward. Very satisfied with the results.
