Wonderful company. Frank returned my call promptly, talked through possible options for maintenance on my (very old model) elliptical machine. The elliptical had been bumping and rocking like crazy to the extent that I was afraid it would fall apart as I was using it (and my downstairs neighbor said it was intrusive). Frank called back to set an appointment very quickly and Carlos came by. I explained the issues again and Carlos got to work. He got on the machine himself which made me feel like he wanted a full understanding of the problems. He is fantastic. I don't know what he did but he knows what he is doing! I think he basically took the whole wheel base apart and completely fixed the issue, then put it all back together. The machine is now running completely noiselessly and smooth. Both Frank and Carlos are complete professionals and highly courteous to boot. Highly recommend this company.

I had a treadmill that was in need of repair. Royal Fitness Inc. was recommended to me, and I’m so glad I called them first. They were able to come right away and their technician was professional and fixed the problem right then and there! They are the only fitness equipment company I will use from now on.
