We have used NASH for almost two years now. They have been great. Their prices are fair, they communicate well and are reliable to complete the work needed. We would recommend them to anyone in need of commercial maintenance or for your personal equipment at home.

Nash's Fitness performs monthly maintenance on our gym equipment. I a piece of equipment is not working properly Nash or one of his qualified staff come to our business in a timely manner and get our machine(s) up and going. Customer service is great!

Came for service call, cleaned unit 5 minutes. Decided motor burned out, 5 minutes. We paid $135 service call fee. He assured he’d follow up with us that evening with pricing for new motor; or, a new unit. And, the fee would be applied to repair or new unit. No call. 2 days later we began calling. Took 4 days before any communication. When there was a communication, it was only that the motor was x$ so better to replace. Then, no recommendations. In short, I suggest you find a better communicating company, with brick & motor in lieu of a poor communicating “mobile” company.

I needed an old Life Fitness elliptical trainer moved on short notice. It was upstairs and very heavy. Nash came through big time! They were fast, clean and efficient. Showed up on time. Took 4 guys to get it down but they knew what they were doing. It’s so refreshing to experience great customer service.

I have never had my elliptical serviced before but Nash's Fitness Incorporated will be my only choice for exercise equipment moving forward. He did a very in depth explanation and diagnosis. It was a simple fix he taught me how to do moving forward. And it was way less expensive than I thought it would be.

We had a truly great experience working with the folks at Nash's Fitness! We have an old Precor elliptical that was in desperate need of repair, and the team at Nash's Fitness made it work like new. They patiently tracked down the necessary parts, which was a difficult task because they are no longer being made, and then took great care in reassembling everything until the elliptical was back in perfect working order. On top of their great repair work, Nash and his team are consummate professionals and, equally important, genuinely nice people. They are a dream to work with, and we know exactly who we'll call when the need arises!

I wish I could give more than 5 starts for Nash Fitness! They've been out for two excellent service visits for my older treadmill (thanks, Noe!). On both occasions they were able to schedule a time within 48 hours of my email. And most recently, when the parts I'd paid for to fix the treadmill had not arrived after 4 weeks, Nash gave me a call himself. He offered to swap my residential, 8 year old treadmill for a newer, refurbished commercial treadmill for the price I'd paid for parts! He could have sold that treadmill for over $2,000 but instead swapped mine for the few hundred bucks I paid for parts. As cynical as we can all be in assuming that there was some financial benefit for Nash that I just couldn't see, there truly was not. He later told me he recognized that I was eager to get back on the treadmill and since he didn't know when or if those parts would ever arrive, wanted to help. It's rare to find businesses, let alone business owners, who value customers over profits. Nash is definitely one of those owners and as long as I am able to run on a treadmill, I'll be their customer.

I recently purchased a used commercial grade elliptical (not from Nash) and I wanted someone to come take a look and give me an honest assessment of the condition, open it up, clean it up and lube it, let me know if it was in need of repairs, etc. The owner Mr. Ortiz was the one who came out for my service. He was such a professional. He explained everything in detail, showed me issues when he opened it up and made sure I understood what was in good shape, what was not, and whether it was worth it to repair. His service exceeded my expectations and I would definitely hire him again. I even need to say that I never confirmed my appointment because the email went to my junk folder - but Shannon at Nash Fitness called me to confirm. So I received great service from Mr. Ortiz, and even great customer service to make sure everything went smoothly with my appointment. Thanks to Nash and his staff, we will do business again! -Chris

Very pleased with the service I received from Nash this afternoon. My technician, Noe, was very professional at all times and wore a mask, gloves, and booties. He inspected, lubricated, re-positioned, and tightened everything I had tried to "fix." Noe determined that my treadmill did not need any repairs and never tried to upsell me on any parts or services during his visit. At the end, he explained services he completed and told me what potential issues to look for to keep the deck in good working order. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Nash's fitness came highly recommended by a local gym owner. Excellent service. Nash showed up promptly and on time and not only went the extra mile to diagnose the problem, he was able to get me the part that I needed under warranty which would have cost me more than $1000 out of pocket. We purchased a treadmill and elliptical machine from Nash's Fitness in November 2020. He gave us a great deal on both pieces of equipment and they delivered them, set them up, and tested them before having me sign off on the delivery. I had a great experience. Nash and his trainee were incredibly polite, took time to make sure they understood the issue with my elliptical, quickly fixed it, then explained what they found and gave advice on how to care for my equipment going forward. I definitely recommend them for repairs!

Such a great company! They were VERY great at keeping me informed on the status of my treadmill parts that were being ordered. They were quick to respond to my texts & emails. I will definitely use them again! My treadmill now runs as good as when I purchased it . Wonderful company!

I called Nash's Fitness because my treadmill was not working after a move. Nash came out, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, and fixed the problem. He even showed me how to do some maintenance on the machine and made sure everything looked normal before finishing up. Superb customer service, and I will definitely be calling him for yearly maintenance on our two machines at the house.
