Don't normally write reviews, but felt it was necessary to commend the level of service that this company provides. Alfredo called me back promptly with an issue that I was having with my home equipment. He listened to my issue and was familiar to provide a quick explanation of the potential causes to our machine. His honesty and recommendation was where I was thoroughly impressed. Although there was an opportunity to utilize services, it was recommended to seek a new machine as the cost of repairs would have exceeded with the diagnosis, parts and repair. I highly recommend this business as trustworthy and will keep them on record for any and all future needs!

Fantastic service!! Mike came to my home and serviced my Precor treadmill. He was so kind and patiently answered my questions and explained the ins and outs of the machine. He was extremely knowledgeable about different models and brands of fitness equipment. My machine is ready for many more miles now! Thank you so much, Mike! Fit Shop is an excellent source for knowledgeable, courteous service. I had a thirteen year old bike that Max fixed as good as new. Alfredo took the time to determine if the parts for my elliptical trainer were still under warranty. All parts were ordered promptly. I have no reservations in recommending this shop - they are excellent.

I bought a True treadmill from Fit Shop over a year ago and have been very happy with it. We recently moved ~60 miles from the Katy area and had some problems getting the treadmill up and running again. I called Fit Shop and they sent a technician to my new home. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and effectively. Great customer service!

Fit Shop staff are friendly, professional and responsive. They brought a replacement part to the service call, based on a description of the problem. My elliptical is fixed, and I'm grateful to have a go-to company for future equipment maintenance and repairs.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They serviced/set up my Landice treadmill, LeMond incumbent bike and Hoist functional system numerous times. Quick service to make house call to fix my machine I damaged while moving. Professional technician who took time to explain a bit more about my machine and helped me update the software in addition to the mechanical issue I had. I was very pleased have him in my home and would defiantly call them again if I have an issue.

If you have ANY fitness equipment that needs fixing, these are the guys to call. Alfredo and Joe have years and years of experience and knowledge. Their techs are all certified in every major brand name. Or, you can take your chances with whoever Amazon suggests to fix your equipment.

The service that the Fit Shop provides for fitness equipment is unparalleled. They are courteous and kind and know their stuff. If you have a treadmill, elliptical, or any other type of fitness equipment that needs service, I highly recommend them. Talk to Alfredo or Joe.

If you want to save time and money get Fit Shop because they did what other 4 gym repair crew couldn't. Trust me you will be highly satisfied you won't regret it. I am still surprised because I truthfully lost hope in getting my gym together but I thought wrong.

They never pick up their phone, and they apparently don't own an answering machine, or if they do it's broken. I've tried calling them half a dozen times over the last week and if they have an answering machine it apparently doesn't work or isn't turned on: the phone just rings and rings. I also tried to contact them via their email "describe your problem" service on their website, but after five days they still haven't responded. This is very frustrating since they seem to have a good reputation, but if they want to keep it they really need to work on improving accessibility. I'm moving on to the next repair service on the list just because these guys won't bother to pick up the phone or answer my email.
