James was absolutely amazing and very kind during his home visit for my treadmill that stopped working. He was quick, efficient, and very nice to my two littles that just wanted to hang outside in the garage and watch him haha. After the diagnostic run, my treadmill was fixed within 20 minutes! James quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem on my Precor Model 9.35 Treadmill. He was very knowledgeable about gym equipment as he manages a gym in Bakersfield and sees to the maintenance and repair of its equipment as well as the fitness equipment of other businesses and homeowners. Before arriving, James did additional research on this Precor commercial model as its belt is not supposed to be lubricated (unlike most treadmills). He is a true professional. He showed me how to do simple preventive maintenance as my home is so far away from his business and the mileage fee was higher than the maintenance/servicing fee. I will seek his expert services again if needed.

James and his associate that assisted him in taking apart and reassembling my treadmill was on time, professional and quick. Both were also very friendly. I highly recommend James for any gym equipment needs.

James is a great communicator, letting me know when he’s on his way and was prompt with the appointment times. He diagnosed what was wrong with both our home elliptical and treadmill and assisted us in putting our stationary bike back together. James made financially conscious decisions about fixing our equipment and did not overspend on needless repairs. Would recommend him and will use him again for maintenance and future problems.
