Outstanding service! Amazon left me in the lurch by selling me "professional installation" of my new treadmill and then cancelling it right after the product was delivered. I was left with a 300 lb box of parts and the prospect of trying to assemble a treadmill. I called FitTech and for the same price as Amazon I had my treadmill assembled the same day. This is the kind of service that you hope for.
