Great repair of our Sole Elliptical. Easy to schedule appointment, came right on time. Joseph was kind and professional. Did a great job with the repair (installing new resistance motor) and also performed preventative maintenance of the machine all in under one hour. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Joey from Gym Doctors came over and tuned up my treadmill. It was having issues with incline and decline making noises. He came over and was courteous and very knowledgeable. He fixed it and gave us an overall check and now working wonderful. I would highly recommend this company and wanted to give a shot out to Joey for an amazing job and 5 star service!!!!

My 2020 NordicTrak treadmill was making a racket and was overdue for a tuneup. I called Gym Doctor, got a quick appointment. The technician (Omar) came on time, was polite and efficient, treadmill runs like new. He was also very helpful answering questions about the equipment. No problems at all, recommended.

I needed help with our 9 year old Spirit treadmill. I called Gym Doctors, made a service appointment. A few days later a very friendly and competent tech came to my home, analyzed the problem and recommended I contact Spirit for replacement parts as I still had six months left on my warrantee. When the parts arrived I notified Gym Doctors and the same tech came out to install them. I was charged $199 for the first visit and $124 for the second visit, so for $323 I now have a fully refurbished Spirit treadmill. A painless experience thanks to Gym Doctor.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and competence of Gym Doctors. I have a Healthrider 95 elliptical that was squeaking loudly to the point where it could be heard from across the street. I called Gym Doctors and they promptly set up an appointment the following week on Tuesday at 7 AM. That was convenient for me as I would not be too late for work if the work got done by 11 AM or so. Jeremy came exactly at 7 AM. He had the elliptical fixed in half an hour. It doesn't make any noise anymore and also runs like it was brand new despite being 11 years old. I had pretty much given up on it thinking that it would be beyond repair and that I would have to buy a new one. Now it works great and I saved over a thousand dollars.

Excellent experience getting my Octane Elliptical repaired. Omar, the tech, came out to diagnose several unrelated issues. Patient and hardworking guy. 8+ year old machine works like new. Great support from Emile in their office as well.

I have a Life Fitness spinner bike. After 3 years, I feel my bike is not working as smoothly so I decided to get a professional to come to service it. I researched various companies and decided to give the Gym Doctors a try due to its excellent reviews. I called them and they were very professional on the phone. Today, Chad came to look at my bike. He is excellent. He is very professional and you can tell he knows fitness equipments very well. He was very detailed and tried to find the cause of why my bike is not running as smoothly before. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will call him to return in the future to do annual maintenance service.

Everything went spectacularly well with the move of two rather large cumbersome elliptical machines from one residenial address to another. Daniel showed up with a big friendly smile, right on time and that smile and disposition did not leave till he did. He was professional, very accommodating very respectful of everything and everyone. He moved the machines and serviced them as well. I have moved many a time and never ever have I been so impressed and blown away. I truly cannot say enough ! Best hire ever! Best value ever!

Just wanted to Thank Gym Doctors and tech Chad for fixing my stairmaster. I had another company come out and try to repair it, only for it to become worse. Chad from Gym Doctors showed up on time and repaired machine perfectly in 1 visit. Thank you and highly recommend you!

After many hundreds of dollars, several parts orders and and tech visits to fix an incline motor that wasn't working...first the motor (that didn't work), then the wiring harness (even though the new motor came with the same one, but that didn't work either), and finally the controller...all which we paid for. Now we've traded the first problem for a new one that only started after Gym Doctors' service... the machine shuts off every time under moderate load, and because it's past 30 days Gym Doctors won't stand behind their service.

Nemo did a great job fixing the noise issue on my bike. He is professional and Very friendly. I really appreciate his help!

I have used the guys at Gym Doctors for years for all of our at home work out equipment and they are fantastic. Every time they come out to service our machines, they are on time, efficient, skilled, don't oversell me and really know what they are doing. The in-store manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to rectify a situation with our warranty company to get our warranty re-installed. He went to the effort and made the time to handle it purely to our benefit. I highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else for service for our machines.

Gym Doctors continues to be our equipment service provider and continues to do an outstanding job. They are quick to respond and always fix the machine the first time out. We also have a monthly maintenance plan which has saved us tons of money in the long run.

Gym Doctors did a great job repairing my brother's treadmill. I bought it for him used and was disappointed when it started acting up, doing things the previous owner made no mention of. Turned out it was just a bunch of deferred maintenance. Gym Docs showed up to the appointment on time, and their technician was friendly and had the right tools and parts to get it running smoothly. He even was nice enough to explain some of the issues and their causes, which is important for me.

Very satisfied with their service. My Nordictrack elliptical developed a nasty knock. Called to make an appointment. The person on the phone informed me of all my options and was very pleasant. The appointment was set for following day. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Fixed my machine in 45 minutes and showed me how to maintain my elliptical. They are now my go to service company.

Bought a walking treadmill through a third party and almost immediately started having some trouble with it. The treadmill manufacturer hooked me up with Gym Doctors and they were awesome. Extremely courteous, quick service, but extremely thorough (he found the problem and was able to fix it right away, but he went ahead and checked a bunch of other things while he was here just to make sure).

Used Gym Doctors about 5 years ago on a prior home treadmill and was very happy. Got a new treadmill about 3 years ago, and it was working fine until we had some remodeling done and got major construction dust/grime on the treadmill even though it was covered with a tarp. Called Gym Doctors again and was told exactly what the estimate would cover. Made an appointment, and they were even early which worked out better. The tech (Mike) was courteous and said it probably needed a tune-up (never had one) and that the belt probably got tweaked. SURE enough that was what it was. He also then tuned-up my elliptical at the same time. Service was GREAT, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. If I have to ever buy another piece of equipment I would try them first before going elsewhere.

Had these guys come out to my facility to fix a bike, and Ryan was very professional, and he did a great job fixing the bike and offered other services that we were interested in! Very happy with their professionalism and punctuality. I would definitely recommend them, and I will continue to use their services.
