Called to make a maintenance service call which was to tighten the walking belt and lubricate The belt was charged $125 fair price was told that the roller was going bad sure enough later that day It did this was done Friday told him what was going on and he said he can be out there Monday between 12 and 1 pm John called me at 12. After explaining to him that I did some troubleshooting disconnecting the belt from the motor we determined that the motor was fine. And it was one of the rollers that went bad. At this point, I felt confident enough to do the repairs myself I ordered the part online. John is very professional and I recommend him if you are not handy or not confident enough to do your own maintenance/repairs.

Hi I really want my treadmill fixed but I'm worried it might cost more then I paid for it. I just tossed the last one, and now this new one I've had for about 1yr-1/3 (Dec 25 2016 ) now it is turning on but not moving. I've always oil it every week because I was working out for 4 hrs a day but after stopping for 10 months the treadmill has stopped working these last past weeks. Does any one know if calling is worth it and if they might be able to fix it and will they be able to narrow down the problem on the phone, so I can determine if it's worth scheduling an appointment?

I don’t recommend. Tech ordered treadmill part and took 50% deposit and said he’ll have it fixed in one week. It’s been 6 weeks of us constant calling, sometimes they return your call and other times they do not, sometimes they promise to call back and don’t. At 2 weeks they said part was ordered with other parts (not ours) that were on back order, at 3 weeks they said parts enroute. At 4&5 weeks they said they have a big installation to complete and they’ll get back to us. When we asked for our deposit back they said there’d be a restocking fee of almost 60% of the deposit but never agreed to let us see the shipping tracking number. Still waiting now over 6 weeks to have this minor but necessary part repaired. This has been a big headache and I wish we went with a different repair company. Good luck if you use them! From these reviews looks like they’re hit and miss on customer service...

Made an appt for our treadmill to be looked at. They wanted to just order a $180 tread even BEFORE seeing the equipment...WHAT?? Then they never showed for the first appt. Lied and said the guys they hired said they called us- LIE we got calls the whole day just not from your company. They said they wouldn't use those guys anymore and would give discount to come two Saturdays from then. Oh and John said he had covid. The day came two weeks later and we texted an hour prior only to have John text back right before the appt. and say they all were getting tested for covid because one workder had covid and they would have to reschedule and they would do exam for free this time. John recheck your texts when your excuse is you have covid twice in three weeks it doesn't work for clients. Shame on you BAD COMPANY LAZY DO NOT USE! I am adding on to this companies response. Seems like we are telling the same story but you are lying again! just switching the story around. Your company just look at the reviews- BAD LIARS and now just lazy excuses of a waste of time

Good service. It took a little longer but very happy with their service and very nice too. MY treadmill was very difficult but they resolved the problem for me. I will use them again.

Called fittech for a gym assembly. John and Mike came out and had all of my very expensive, high end equipment set up and safely assembled within 1 day. Very satisfied!!!
