Excellent service from start to finish! I had an issue with my treadmill and I reached out to Fitness Machine Technicians, they came through quickly and professionally. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and had everything fixed in a single visit. They were knowledgeable and friendly, I definitely will be using them again in the future with any maintenance and repairs needed.

++ UPDATE TO ADDRESS OWNER'S RESPONSE++ DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was charged $175 for a service visit after providing detailed information in advance about my rowing machine and the issue I was experiencing. The technician spent about an hour at my house but was unable to diagnose the problem or explain why the machine was failing. It was clear he was not familiar with this model and was simply trying a few guesses. In the end, I was told it was “a part that needed replacement,” without any clarity on which part or why. After I followed up several days later, the only response I received was a brief text saying they did not have the part. No solution, no next steps, no real diagnosis. In summary: * $175 charged * No repair * No clear diagnosis * No meaningful follow-up This experience was a waste of time and money. At best, the service was unprepared and incompetent; at worst, it felt like being charged for a visit with no real value delivered. I would not recommend this company. UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: For clarity, I want to correct a few points mentioned in the business’s reply below. I did not receive the technician’s written notes referenced. I have checked my inbox and spam multiple times and already contacted the owner given them an opportunity to resend me the email I can't locate. During the visit, the technician stated he had not worked on this equipment before and was not familiar with how it operated; which I was not told before the visit. The only follow-up I received was a text message several days later stating the part was unavailable. I replied and received no further response. Regardless of internal process, the customer outcome remains unchanged: $175 charged, no repair, no clear diagnosis delivered to the customer, and no meaningful follow-up. This is why I believe the value proposition is poor, the risk stands only with the customer and why I stand by my review.

Our treadmill always had issues with incorrectly reading the speed I was actually running and wouldn't read any speeds higher than 7mph. Since it still ran, it didn't bother me too much until last week when it began making a grinding sound. I was recommended Fitness Machine by a friend of mine that works at the local Amped gym. The Fitness Machine tech showed up the very next day and not only fixed the grinding issue I originally called for but also adjusted the speed on the screen to read correctly. Awesome work guys, I highly recommend them.

Micah was superb and ticked all the boxes for professionalism, communication, resourcefulness, and arrival on time. Cleanliness and thorough explanation of the steps he took, of what to expect in terms of maintenance and safety. He was personable, respectful of my physical limitations, and completed the repair efficiently. I highly recommend the company for ease of setting up the appointment. The service was excellent. Maikol, the technician was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem on my Norditrack thread mil while explaining what he was doing. He gave me tips for maintenance and use that are very helpful. I have an extended warranty contract for service with UPS, and after many hours explaining the issue, they denied me the service call. I am glad I called Fitness Machine even if I had to pay them for the service that UPS failed to provide under the extended warranty that I foolishly paid to them.

The company is highly recommended. They have great knowledge of what they do, and the owner is very communicative and always puts the customer first. They offer good prices and clearly know their work very well.

Excellent service! I previously used FMT for repairing my treadmill. This time, Micah assembled my new treadmill. He was on time, friendly and very professional. I will be using FMT for maintenance for sure.

avoid at all costs. do not honor stand behind their work, warrantee or offer any compromise. poor communication, no accountability, and an unwillingness to fix their mistakes. trying to get us to replace the same costly parts less than a year after while causing different issues due to misdiagnosis
