I am so grateful to have spoken to Josh! I called 5 Reair places because my treadmill suddenly stopped working. After calling 5 repair places who all wanted a large fee to come to my home to diagnose I was about to send the treadmill to the dumpster. But someone referred me to FITNESS REPAIR WORX. Josh was quick to respond and diagnosed it immediately. On the phone he told me what I needed to do to allow the treadmill to recalibrate, and it started working perfectly. I am very grateful to have found FITNESS REPAIR WORX. It is nice to know there are honest people like Josh.

Josh / Fitness Repair Worx is the best. Was having constant issues with my 2 year old NordicTrac treadmill, and Josh quickly diagnosed and solved the issue each time. 5/5. Going to keep his number for any future issues. Also will use him when we move, since he can quickly disassemble/reassemble fitness equipment.

Josh and crew did an amazing job delivering and assembling our Precor AMT. The team worked around our schedule and made the delivery of a 200lb machine totally seamless. Josh and his crew were polite, timely, and so easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience and I would refer them to anyone to that has fitness repair, maintenance, or moving needs. We hope to work with them again!

Contacted Josh and received a quick response and appointment. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue and gave the Precor Elliptical a thorough inspection. The parts were ordered the same day and I was contacted Several days later. Josh worked with my schedule for a return visit and now have a functioning machine! Excellent service and highly recommend. Had issues with True Treadmill and Pete was able to address the issues effectively. Pete was very informative and friendly. He walked us through the issues and provided future recommendations to prevent future issues. If we ever have issues with our True Treadmill in the future, I know who to contact.

After our treadmill stopped working my husband searched around for a technician to come and take a look but they all weren't available for over a week. Finally, we contacted FRW and they were able to come out the very next day! Josh arrived when he said he would, was extremely courteous and professional, diagnosed and then FIXED our treadmill in a single visit! Moreover, he clearly explained what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with FRW's service and they will certainly be the first people we call the next time we need our exercise equipment serviced.

This is my first review for any company & product. The reason I posted my review of FRW/Josh is because Josh is outstanding not only from a customer service perspective, but also with the professional repairs he made on my home gym. I’d recommend Josh if you have a small home gym repair or a large commercial gym repair! Thank you Josh!

Josh went the extra mile. He tried really hard to get the right info out of the manufacturer, helped me find replacement parts on ebay when the manufacturer didn't respond and explained all of his findings about my equipment clearly. He was also really fair with the price. I feel like he really did all he could do to get our rower fixed. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

FRW is quick to respond and easy to work with. Josh looked over my machine thoroughly and took the time to explain to me what he was he was looking for and exactly what he was repairing/tweaking. I emailed his website on Thursday morning and he happened to be in my area that day, and came just after lunchtime. He responded quickly via email and sent me an invoice and receipt afterwards. I will definitely use him again.

Rather than give up on my challenging home treadmill problem, Joshua got creative & researched a part that worked exactly! He’s magic! Saved us from having to buy a whole new machine. Thanks for not giving up!
