I was very impressed with this company. Dax was the technician that came to my home twice to fix my recumbent bike. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. He got the job done and the machine is now working! The office staff was also very professional and courteous. I worked with Lisa and she was extremely helpful from start to finish. It was a pleasure and excellent experience to work with Dax and Lisa.

We can't say enough positive things about this company. From scheduling, to communicating when the tech was on the way, to the actual work itself... all amazing!! Above and beyond. Dax was our serviceman and he built our brand new NordicTrack bike from box to fully ready to go. He took the time to help me register my products, set up the screens, and test it out to make sure it worked flawlessly. He was also SO friendly and kind. I am very thankful for your service!

Great service. Dax was our technician and he gave a us a courtesy call before he arrived and arrived exactly when he said he would. He fixed our treadmill and explained the issue. He then showed me how to fix the issue myself if it occurs again.

This company is very professional. I have 2 commercial machines, an Elliptical and Treadmill and previously had trouble getting anyone to come out and service my machines in a residential setting. Dax from Fitness Machines Technicians came out within a few days of my call and gave each machine a tune up and recommended parts to replace to increase the longevity of my equipment with no pressure make any decisions on the spot. I would highly recommend Dax as he explained everything he was doing in detail and got both machines services within an hour!

From start to finish I was very happy with this business. They were friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment. I just needed a new elliptical assembled. Dax was the technician who came. He was friendly and a really positive person. He quickly had the assembly completed and tidied up the packaging which came with the equipment. The elliptical is in working order and feels solidly assembled. Thank you!

This was our first time using Fitness Machine Technicians - and it sure won’t be the last. Communication and responsiveness was outstanding. Our technician, Dax, is a whiz. He was Covid-safe, on time, friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Dax invested the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and was relentless to ensure that our elliptical would perform perfectly. Dax made me feel like I was an old friend of his in our whopping 30 minutes together. Dax taught a master class on excellence and customer service. And our elliptical is now performing again at 100%!

Fitness Machine Technicians was one of only a few companies who would come to Northern Baltimore County to assemble my treadmill. They got back to me promptly and I was able to schedule the service via text! On the day of assembly, Dax came to my house and was professional, courteous, and just a really nice guy. He even let my 8yo son watch him work. Dax assembled the treadmill in about an hour, and showed me how to operate it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was a much less daunting project than I had anticipated and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thanks, FMT- especially Dax!!

Kudos to Fitness Machine Techs. My technician, Dax, was professional, prompt, and went out of his way to accommodate my need for keeping the noise down during my work from home meetings. The repairs were done to perfection. My bike performs as if it were new now and the price came in LOWER than the estimate. No complaints whatsoever. 5 stars!

Read the reviews for Fitness Machine Technicians and made an appointment based on the positive reviews. I sent the request over the weekend and Monday morning I had a follow up email from Lisa. We corresponded back and forth setting up the appointment to look at my treadmill which had been having a few issues. They were able to arrange an appointment that week. I received reminder emails and on the day of the appointment Dax called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. Right on time of the appointment. I had seen many reviews that mentioned Dax by name. He was very personable, he listened to the issues I described and asked very insightful questions to get right to the issues. He quickly assessed the basic maintenance issues required, and then worked at diagnosing more specific issues. He quickly addressed each issue and confirmed the repair before moving to the next issue. While confirming the treadmill was working properly he noticed the elliptical machine and did a quick analysis and tightened and lubed that machine as well. He communicated all his actions and what could be done to continue to keep the machines working well. I can not say enough about the total positive experience I had with Fitness Machine Technicians and specifically with the technician that serviced my treadmill and other machines. I was very pleased with the service from Fitness Machine technicians. Lisa was very responsive and helped me in determining what repairs I needed for my stationary bike. Dax, the technician, also was very professional, courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done, completed the repair efficiently and answered all of our questions. Dax came out to service my elliptical today. He was prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. I appreciated his adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols. Dax, the technician that came out to service my Stairmaster was professional, friendly, very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about my machine. He was a pleasure to work with and discuss what was needed. He had to order the part, but I was very satisfied with the experience and would certainly call Fitness Machine Technicians whenever I had a problem that needed a trustworthy solution.

Dax was professional and knew what he was doing with the machines. He worked quickly and efficiently. I contacted the company on Monday and they were here on Wednesday between the times they said they would be. They get an A++ in my book!! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. In fact, I am passing their name onto a friend after this review.

Dax came in the time frame that they quoted me and he was absolutely awesome. He checked the whole bike over. The bike is only a year old and he just did regular maintenance and checked the pedals for a clicking sound. He lubricated the seat position bar, handlebars and neck of the bike. He said the bike was in-great condition. I highly recommend Fitness Machine Technicians. I plan on having Dax do yearly maintenance on my bike! Thank you for your awesome service! 😊

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this company. Our technician, Dax, was prompt, friendly, professional, thorough, and very knowledgable. Dax showed up ontime (early even) and serviced my old treadmill and elliptical. I wasn't very aware of the service history details of these machines since we bought them from a family friend. Dax was very professional and took his time to make sure the machines were in good shape. My original appointment was only for the treadmill but when he said "man, I wish you had something else for me to work on" I didn't hesitate and I was also very thankful he said something! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat, I'm so glad I found them online!

I had to have the console and another part replaced on our 6 year old TRUE treadmill. It took a while for the correct part to come from TRUE (initially the incorrect part was sent), but Fitness Machine Technicians kept me fully informed via email. Lisa was very helpful and worked to make appointments that fit my varied schedule! The technician who came out was Dax, and he is terrific. Dax is professional and knowledgable and a pleasure to have in your home! I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again the next time we need help with our home treadmill.
