I did not expect that anyone will be available to talk to me on December 30, but I left a message and just a couple of minutes later I got a call back from Bart -- the owner of the company himself. This was one of the most pleasant professional conversations that I have had in a while. It was clear from the beginning that Bart knew what he was talking about. He was very professional, clear, and helpful. Bart identified the possible problem on the phone and walked me through several possible solutions. Even though, he could have easily charged me for the virtual consultation, Bart did not do so because he believed that I could solve the problem myself. This was not expected but much appreciated. It is very rare to communicate with honest people who mean well. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend B.T. Fitness Equipment Repair and I will not go to any other company in the future.

At first I was nervous to try and fix the problem because I’m not handy with tools but with the direction of BT fitness equipment repair consultant I was able to fix the problem.I must say the experience was amazing and I learned a lot about the workings of a treadmill inside and out.
