At Home Fitness Gilbert

We purchased MX1162 Universal trainer along with some accessories. Great service from start to finish. Assembly/Delivery team did a great job.

Bought 9k worth of equipment, 6k treadmill, 2.5k smith rack. Both pieces of equipment did not function correctly out of the box. Took a month to get them functioning. Poor communication. Service seemed uninformed. Sales would just stop responding. Emailed the owner directly and didnt even bother to respond to me at all. Im not saying don't shop here, do your own research. But what I am saying is my experience was absolutely terrible and I will never shop here again.

These guys are the best. After wasting a year trying to buy an operable "used" elliptical machine at Sports and Fitness Exchange in west Phoenix (they ripped me off and they will rip you off too...do not do business with those crooks!), I decided to buy a new Life Fitness E5 machine with a GO Console from the At Home Fitness team in Gilbert. Their fitness consultant Jason Lopez was absolutely wonderful to work with and was extremely patient with me. They delivered my new machine in less than a week and hauled away the broken machine that SFE sold me. Their delivery and removal team crew of Joni and Isiah were courteous and thorough, and showed me how to use the machine. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes. I could not be happier! Bravo At Home Fitness!

Great place! The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. My elliptical trainer arrived the other day in perfect condition. The guys, Joni, Chase and Isaiah put it together out in my driveway even though it was already 105 degrees outside. They brought it in fully assembled and put it exactly where I wanted it. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment at a reasonable price.

I had the Inspire M3 gym delivered, and Joni set it up. He said 2 hours and sure enough thats what it took. We discussed how and where it should be positioned. The setup was very professional and clean. He even vacuumed up afterwards, though it wasn't necessary. He went over a bunch of different setups for various exercises. It was a great experience.

I purchased a LifeCycle exercise bike over the phone. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I needed. Joni and Chad delivered the bike today and reviewed the functions available. This was a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend this store.

My experience at At Home Fitness Gilbert was easy from start to finish. At the store, Zach described all my treadmill options and answered all my questions. My treadmill was delivered earlier than expected due to a cancellation in their schedule. Joni handled the delivery and installation courteously and efficiently. We purchased our M3 at the Gilbert store. Our representative, Jason was outstanding. We did experience a delay from the manufacturer that was outside the control of At Home Fitness. To address the delay, the owner Greg stepped up and made things right, which we appreciated. The installers were dialed in with communication and installed it efficiently without issue.

Great service! My new treadmill is amazing and I’m thrilled to have it for the summer months. Joni and Chase were quick and efficient at delivery/set up. They also took away my old treadmill. Would definitely recommend, 5/5 stars!

At Home Fitness for the WIN - finally found a strong durable treadmill (3G Pro Runner) No App Needed, nothing extra just start up and go also bought the BodyCraft SPX mag indoor cycle, this indoor cycle uses magnetic adjust great addition to my home gym. Thanks to my salesman Scott the warehouse team setting up a quick delivery date and the delivery set up team Joni and Chase you guys are Wonderful!

I purchased the Major Fitness B52 Smith and cable machine at the Gilbert store. By choosing a less popular blue colored model I was given a nice discount. I used the savings to pay for home delivery and installation. Joni and Chase delivered this wonderful machine on time and assembled it in only about 90 minutes. I should have purchased such a gym machine several years ago in addition to my cardio equipment. I do not like going to gyms and if you are the same I urge you to go to their Gilbert store and order one today. For a better healthy life.

What a fantastic experience! Jason and team were both friendly and knowledgeable. Service was so quick! We ordered on a Saturday and delivery was Thursday. The onsite set up team, Joni and Chase, were so kind and great at what they do. A complicated machine set up in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend and so thrilled with our purchase!

I purchased an exercise bike from At Home Fitness about 10 years ago and have had no issues with the bike. I decided to purchase a treadmill and went back to At Home Fitness. The sales rep was very informative and answered all of my questions and helped me pick the right treadmill for me. The treadmill was delivered yesterday and set up by Joni and Chase. They did an excellent job and were very fast. I would highly recommend this store if you are in need of any exercise equipment.

The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable about the products and easy to deal with. Delivery occurred within 2 days due to someone's delivery being rescheduled. The delivery crew, Joni and Chase, called in advance to give us and ETA and setup the treadmill in less than 10 minutes and explained all the features and answered all our questions. I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home. The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I’d hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it’s good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs.

I was thoroughly impressed with At Home Fitness from start to finish. My salesman, Bryce, was friendly and well versed on the different treadmills I considered purchasing. The delivery of my treadmill was just as professional. Joni and Bode were punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had the treadmill set up and operating to perfection within 30 minutes. We had an excellent experience with At Home Fitness. If I could give 6 stars I would. We first came to the store in August to look at treadmills, The sales guy was very helpful. I particularly liked that we did not get continuous follow-up phone calls RE our interest in buying. A week ago we went back to the store to purchase a treadmill, and again, the customer service was great, with no trying to upsell. I also want to say that our delivery process was flawless - many thanks to Joni and Chase, the delivery guys.

Went to the store looking for an exercise machine that fit our needs. Roy was our sales person and he guided us thru the process. I had many questions and some criteria that needed to be met. He was great and we purchased. Delivery was very simple and we are happy with our purchase.

Just got my FT2 Pro delivered today and it looks amazing, I have a small garage so the footprint is perfect. Brandon at the Gilbert location was on point, even when there was a delay and the communication was great. If you want an all in one set up the FT2 Pro is a great piece of equipment and the pulleys are as smooth as butter.

I purchased a PowerBlock set up a few years back at At Home Fitness Gilbert a few years back, they were the first place I checked into getting a more comprehensive home gym. The GM Justin Peck consulted with me and the best machine for my needs and I decided on the Inspire M3. Justin showed me the features and benefits of the M3 and I ordered it the same day. I week later Joni and Chase delivered and set up my M3. They were on time, professionally set up my M3 and demonstrated the machine. They were polite, friendly, respectful of my home and finished sooner than expected. I would highly recommend At Home Fitness Gilbert.

After researching treadmills online, we stopped into the Gilbert store. The general manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. We were able to look, go home and discuss and then decided to come back and make the purchase. The delivery people, Joni and Brandon, were also very quick and knowledgeable and were able to deliver and set up our F3 treadmill in under 30 minutes. This has been a very pleasurable experience.
