Above & Beyond Fitness Repair

Ty with Above and beyond repairs was amazing! He came out to repair the pedal on my spin bike and given it’s an older bike that isn’t made anymore he went out of his way to ensure the bike was repaired. He even came out of his way a second time to check the Pedal/ cleat again for me as I was having trouble snapping in which we resolved. Absolutely recommend Ty and above and beyond for your fitness equipment repair needs. Reliable and priced very fair for the work they did.

Noah at Above & Beyond Fitness Repair was outstanding. Did a great job of taking the time to troubleshoot the vibration issues on my treadmill. Luckily I kept my old deck and he realized the in-house folks from my treadmill company were incorrect in their assumptions. He attached the brackets to my new deck and the vibration issue was solved. I highly recommend these guys and I will be keeping them on speed dial in the event I have service issues in the future.

I'd say that giving this company a 5 Star rating isn't enough...if there were a 10 Star rating I'd check all 10. What a great experience working with Sandy. Not only did he immediately diagnose the issue but had me up and running like new in a very short period of time. Along with that he took the time to go over what the problem was and gave me much insight on how these treadmills work and how to maintain them. Overall great company. Above and beyond was contracted with our corporate headquarters in Scottsdale for all maintenance on the machines. Once the pandemic started I ordered home fitness equipment that I had Above and beyond fitness and repair do the install for me. Very professional and timely! Have had no issues with any of my equipment!

Horrible. No idea what happened but we had a technician come out at first to repair our treadmill with a part that was sent to us from the manufacture of the machine. He said it was the wrong part and to give him a call back when we got the correct part in. So we ended up getting the part that the technician recommended us. He told us again to give him a call to come back and fix it. This time no answer, we kept calling, even called the store and left voice messages to see if anyone was willing to help and no one has returned our calls. Still with a non working treadmill for 5 months.

Sandy was so helpful! I needed pulleys and parts for my workout system. He didn't have all the parts, so he did some research and called me back later in the day with info on where to get what I needed. No charge, just friendly helpfully service. THANK YOU! I will definitely do business with them again!

Great experience with Sandy. We have been having troubles with a previous company not fixing these treadmills correctly for a YEAR! We finally dropped that company and went to Sandy. Had them fixed in a day! Outstanding work. Will be returning.

Came out to diagnose a problem with my treadmill. Paid $100 for 5 minutes. They did find the problem, told me they'd order the part and call back to fix it. Never heard from them again. Enjoy the $100.

I had issues with my treadmill and I called Above and Beyond Fitness. They helped me over the phone to diagnose the problem and we ordered parts and they came out and fixed it. Now, it is like new again. I appreciate their service!

Jason came out to the apartment community I work at to check the treadmills and he took the time to check everything while he was here. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate him.

I called in with a problem with my stairmaster stepmill 7000pt and the gentleman was knowledgable and friendly and helped walk me through some possible fixes for my problem. If I'm unable to fix it I have full confidence that they would come out and be able to fix it for me. Great service!
