After reassembling a BodyCraft multi station I had problems with figuring out the cable configuration. After a number of attempts I was recommended to contact Venom. After explaining the issue to Brandon on the phone. He scheduled a visit to come and look. He got the cables figured out and now I'm back to working out. I found Brandon to be prompt and knowledgeable.

This is a large and fairly complicated piece of equipment with a lot of different components, cables, attachments, and moving parts, but they handled everything extremely well. They made sure the machine was properly assembled, positioned, and set up correctly, and the finished product looks fantastic.
They also kept everything organized and made the entire process stress-free for me. You can tell they take pride in their work and know exactly what they’re doing.

Our Sole E35 elliptical snapped its resistance cable and was inoperable. Part of the cable had broken off and was inaccessible on the interior of the machine. Due to fortunate timing, Venom Fitness Solutions was able to fit us in the same day I called, and the elliptical is working great after our service appointment!

Where I do start. My husband and I decided to order a Marcy Smith MD-9010 G. We thought we would be able to set up. Boy were we wrong! I am so thankful we found the pros!
