Thank you so much!!! My NordicTrack climber had a constant squeaking noise, and I accidentally made things worse by using the wrong fluid. Haitham was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He came out to clean the machine, fix the issue caused by the fluid, and then returned again to address the original squeaking sound. He was patient, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. Thanks to him, the climber is finally running smoothly and is very quiet. I highly recommend Haitham, his service and dedication were excellent.

Haitham is amazing! It took him less than 24 hours to come out, and he fixed my wonderful elliptical in an hour. Now it's humming along like new, and I'm not afraid to use it--very important since I need to be able to exercise when I'm in "healthy mode." He's so very kind, like the Elliptical Fairy; he made my day. I hope this breaks again next week so I can have him back. Edit: he was also so sweet to my poor dog, who's a little nervous around everyone.

Haitham is excellent to work with- very courteous, excellent communication and great value for the service he provides! I purchased a new NordicTrack treadmill in December and wanted to ensure that the belt was set properly and that everything was in good order- given the investment in the treadmill I wanted to ensure that everything was set up properly. I reached out to Haitham on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to make it out to my house that next Monday. He not only got my treadmill set up properly and calibrated, he also found that it was missing some screws to secure one of the side rails to the unit. He provided a lot of helpful tips to ensure that I could keep things aligned. I highly recommend Haitham for providing you peace of mind with your exercise equipment. I will definitely reach out to Haitham the next time I need any of my exercise equipment serviced!

Haitham is a true Professional! He made my treadmill run like brand new. He cleaned it beautifully, replaced the belt, (much better quality), recalibrated my machine and oiled and tuned it up. Very reasonably priced, so well. I recommend him enthusiastically!

Fantastic experience. Timely, reasonable rates and very honest.

$195 for a diagnostic. He never said there was a fee until he removed the cover of the treadmill. No testing of the equipment was ever preformed. His diagnosis was “it’s probably the control board”. Less than 5 minutes of work. He is very nice, but beware.

He also discovered a broken part we hadn’t even noticed and went ahead and repaired it at no extra cost. Call Haitham! I called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. And, believe it or not, he remembered installing my Bodyguard treadmill .. in 2013! He replaced a faulty switch and also helped us move it to the garage. Highly recommend!

Called Haitham today around 10 am and he has been to my house and gone. He fixed a treadmill I bought on Amazon three years ago but never took out of the box. He initially thought the communication board was bad but he has learned through years of experience the manufacturer does things that prevents the board from working correctly. So he worked his magic and the treadmill started to work. He then took the time to make sure everything else had been put together correctly and taught me how to properly maintain my treadmill to keep it running correctly for years to come. He is very thorough and very good at his job. If you need your fitness equipment repaired call him.

Very honest, totally worth the visit costs. Has been doing repair for over 20 years. The commercial Precor elliptical I was gonna give away because it electronically wasn’t working correctly is now worth $900-1000. He was on time and had great communication. Great maintenance check and clean as well. Runs like a top now! Support small businesses!

We recently had Haitham fix a Diamondback exercise bike. He did a great job with the repair and put in a lot of extra work sourcing the parts. He also charged a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

Haitham did an incredible job fixing my old Elliptical. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to tune up my machine - applying oil where needed and tightening all loose screws. Fixed the noisy / wobbly unit

Haitham did an incredible job repairing my treading that was not put together correctly after moving, and he replaced the belt. We have a commercial grade treadmill which are heavy and can be complex. Haitham was very knowledgeable on everything. He even saved me money on a belt replacement which will keep my treadmill working well.

Haitham is AWESOME! He did a truly expert job repairing my Sole treadmill (which was very broken—the walking track detached completely from the frame) at a very reasonable cost. He also cleaned the machine and showed me how to do some routine maintenance to keep it in great shape until I have him come do some more advanced maintenance/service in a year.
