I can’t say enough great things about this treadmill repair experience. From the start, John was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. He came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed that my treadmill was beyond saving, and—this part really stood out—he talked me out of spending a lot of money on repairs, even when I was ready to go ahead with it. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he was completely honest and had my best interest in mind. He doesn’t even sell treadmills, yet he still spent about 15 minutes walking me through options and helping me choose a new one that would actually fit my needs. That level of patience, integrity, and customer care is so rare. It honestly made my day.

Highly recommend! John was terrific. My treadmill problem was something of a mystery...a small narrow piece of stainless steel had dropped under the belt and was causing issues but was very difficult to find, for some reason.. John was persistent and thorough. While he hunted for the offending object, he cleaned the machine and checked everything. When he finally found it, we both felt triumphant - and much more confident that the treadmill would work properly going forward.

My stationary bike started making odd noises whenever I pushed down on the pedals, and the manufacturer was less than helpful when I called them, so I did my own research and am so happy I found Treadmill Fixation! Jon got me on the schedule quickly and was able to diagnose the issue during his first visit. The parts we needed were backordered for several months, but Jon kept in touch with me and reached out as soon as they arrived to schedule time to come back and install them. Jon was very thorough, took the time to explain the issue and answer my questions, and the bike is now as good as new. Will definitely call again if I have issues with the bike or any other equipment!

Jon came out to diagnose issues with our treadmill. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest about the repairs needed and the potential repair cost. Unfortunately, we had to put our treadmill out to pasture, but had it been fixable, and for any future machine issues with out gym equipment, I would give Jon a call again.

What a great experience! Jon was able to get us on his schedule quickly and essentially had the treadmill issue diagnosed during his initial visit. He was very responsive during the whole process of ordering parts, scheduling installation, etc. The total cost of repair was more than reasonable, and the only thing that took some time was getting the required part from the manufacturer (which is no fault of TreadmillFixation). I would absolutely recommend Jon and TreadmillFixation for any treadmill-related repairs!

Fantastic service to our treadmill. It was so helpful to not only hear options for the service, but prices up front. It was clear that Jon was ready for our questions and answered them with full transparency. Jon did an amazing job! My exercise bike wasn’t working and he did an incredible job repairing it, no new parts needed! He was super meticulous while taking it apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together. I am blown away with his work and he charged an incredibly reasonable price. He’s a super nice dude and also answered all of my questions! I will never go anywhere else for exercise equipment repairs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jon has performed maintenance on my treadmill twice in the last few years. I recently noticed my treadmill was getting louder and had him come out again. He was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out I needed a new motor, which to my surprise was covered under warranty. Jon provided detailed documentation and video evidence for me to submit to NordicTrack. They are shipping out a new motor today. I can’t recommend Treadmill Fixation enough. I will never use anyone else.

Our Sole elliptical recently started making unusual squeaking despite regular maintenance, so I scheduled an appointment. Jon was on time, very friendly, and he did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them and I will use them again for our equipment.

I felt compelled to write a review on this website today because I had such an outstanding experience yesterday with John from Treadmill Fixation regarding a problem I was having with my treadmill. John is so incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field of expertise, he knows his treadmills inside and out and I doubt there is a problem with a treadmill that he wouldn't be able fix. His attitude speaks volumes of his desire & passion to help others and yet he is so humble. I recently ran into a problem with my treadmill, it's a Nordic Track T6.3, so I tried to call the customer service number I found online for Nordic Track which connected me with an "I-fit" representative. I had to explain the issue I was having with my treadmill at least 3 different times, each time to a new representative due to getting hung up on, and being transferred, without even being told first. I was extremely frustrated. Finally the last representative that I spoke with told to me that I could have someone come out to my house for $150, and an additional charge for a "travel fee", however they wouldn't be able to get out to my house for another 7-10 business days...mind you this cost doesn't even include fixing the problem, it would simply cover the charge to diagnose the problem, if they were able to do so. I came across another phone number online for a company called Treadmill Fixation, after losing all confidence in the customer service support team from Nordic Track, so I tried calling it and left a voicemail. Moments later I received a return phone call from Treadmill Fixation. I was put into contact with John and he was able to come and fix the problem with my treadmill sooner than I expected. From the timeliness of this company's response to John's awesome competence, my experience was completely refreshing and I was left feeling happy, impressed, and 100% satisfied. I am above and beyond grateful and appreciative that such proficient hard workers like John are out there. I thankyou John, for your abilities and your service:)

I have used Treadmill Fixation twice for services on my Sole Treadmill. Shirley in customer service responds quickly to inquiries and is extremely professional while coordinating service/times. Shirley is delightful and communicates often via phone to keep you connected with the service times, updates in time scheduling, etc.. Jon has been our repair technician twice. Jon is outstanding. Jon is an athlete and can actually use your exercise equipment to diagnosis issues (like a car mechanic would). He is professional, thorough, meticulous, and extremely knowledgeable in the mechanics of our treadmill. Jon communicates exactly what needs to be done and offers his expertise and experience in a very "low pressure" style. He was able to "give life" to our older treadmill for many more months, before we needed to purchase a new one. This Company is a "hidden gem" of excellent service. Thank you!!!!

Our NordicTrack treadmills stopped working. Jon was super responsive, gave us exactly what we needed to get the parts replaced u der warranty, even though the manufacturer tried to tell us it was out of warranty. He came to the house twice - once to diagnose and once to do the repair. All in all, one of the best technician/repair type experiences I can recall.

Great experience with these guys! John was able to tune up my treadmill and fix several problems we have been having, while also sharing his expertise. Very reasonable price as well. Would recommend to anyone.

I have had Jon out for a repair. He helped me identify the part which turned out to be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. After I received it, he installed it and tuned my treadmill up expertly. Recently, Jon disassembled and reassembled my treadmill for a move. He not only screwed it together, he also made sure it ran perfectly before he left. I will recommend him to anyone.

Jon has been servicing my treadmill annually.This year he alerted me that the parts warranty would be expiring shortly and the motor and tread deck and belt needed to be replaced. He prepared the parts list and backup documentation to submit to Sole Fitness which they approved and shipped the parts at no charge. Jon installed all the parts and with his usual excellent service. I can't imagine a better mechanic or better customer service.

I was given John's contact info from my sister in law as she had used him for her treadmill. I was in need of a tune up on my elliptical machine. John was extremely great to work with. He called me first to discuss my needs and go over fees. He arrived on time on the specified date. He was very thorough, went through everything that he had done and even gave me complete instructions on parts and part numbers that needed to be ordered. Very happy and I would definitely recommend!
