Fantastic experience working with Liam. We had a Ifit Procor treadmill which stopped working fully. Liam fully diagnosed the issue quickly, identified the replacement parts needed and made a follow up appointment to come replace the parts to fix the issue. Liam also did lubrication for the treadmill during the same visit. Liam is very friendly and easy to work with, also reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend Liam for all of your fitness equipment service needs

5 stars all around. The Treadmill Doctor came out to diagnose an issue with my XTERRA treadmill and spent about two hours at the house making sure he thoroughly checked everything. He ran diagnostics across the board and eventually tracked the problem down to an issue with the wiring. He fixed the problem, ran additional diagnostics to make sure everything was working properly, put the treadmill completely back together, cleaned up, and was on his way. The entire process was very streamlined, thorough, and well worth the money. It’s nice having someone actually take the time to find the root of the problem instead of just guessing and replacing parts. I’ll definitely be recommending the Treadmill Doctor to anyone who needs treadmill repair or service.

Fantastic experience. Liam saved us from having to buy a new treadmill (and discard an older model). We had Sole F80, 2019 model. Everything worked fine but the monitor became fuzzy. New console was needed. Liam was able to source the part at a reasonable price and perform maintenance for us. I did help him with install, but only because I wanted to learn. He was more than capable of doing the job alone. He is very knowledgeable and a nice person. Hopefully, we won't have to call back for issues soon, but if I do, I'm going to call his company first. WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THE COMPANY. THANK YOU!!

Liyam came over on the w/e to perform a must-needed service on my Sole treadmill. The belt was making a noticable noise and needed adjustment and lubrication. No more ! The treadmill is as quiet as it was new and Liyam did a great job cleaning/lubricating both the inside and outside. Don't hesitate to use Liyam. He knows his stuff ! I have a 17 year old NordicTrack treadmill that hasn’t been used much in a very long time. Liam checked it over completely and said it’s in excellent condition for its age. He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaned it inside and out. I thought about getting rid of it but now am considering keeping it and using it. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely pleased with the service that Liam from Treadmill Doc USA provided. We needed to move an elliptical machine from one room to another, but this required dissembling it first in order to get it out the door. Then it would need reassembly in the other room. This was done expertly by Liam. When I initiated contact with them, he responded back immediately, I gave details of what was needed, and we decided on a price, an appointment date, and general time. He confirmed the day before if the appointment was still on. The day of, he let me know when he was on the way, and he arrived right on time. He was extremely efficient in expertly executing this task in a safe manner, preventing any damage, and correctly reassembling the elliptical. I tested it out at the end, and it was working perfectly. I greatly appreciate Liam for helping us. He was not only efficient, but also provided us with great customer service. We were in need of this service, were grateful that it was available, as it took a huge burden off of us. Thank you!!
