I’m extremely pleased with the service that Liam from Treadmill Doc USA provided. We needed to move an elliptical machine from one room to another, but this required dissembling it first in order to get it out the door. Then it would need reassembly in the other room. This was done expertly by Liam. When I initiated contact with them, he responded back immediately, I gave details of what was needed, and we decided on a price, an appointment date, and general time. He confirmed the day before if the appointment was still on. The day of, he let me know when he was on the way, and he arrived right on time. He was extremely efficient in expertly executing this task in a safe manner, preventing any damage, and correctly reassembling the elliptical. I tested it out at the end, and it was working perfectly. I greatly appreciate Liam for helping us. He was not only efficient, but also provided us with great customer service. We were in need of this service, were grateful that it was available, as it took a huge burden off of us. Thank you!!

What an excellent experience. I purchased a treadmill that was too large to be brought into my house. I called Liam the same day and got an appointment for the following evening. Liam verified the appointment the day of and kept us updated on his arrival time. Liam was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He partially disassembled and reassembled the treadmill in my home. He cleaned it, blew out leaves, vacuumed it, calibrated and oiled the belt. A screw was missing, so he found a latch and put it in.
