Mike was my salesman. We discussed my purchase in advance so he was already prepared to show me the equipment I wanted to purchase. These guy's have excellent customer service which is always refreshing. This is definitely the place to purchase your home gym equipment.

Purchased Treadmill, elliptical and a functional trainer. Brian listened and helped us determine which machines would be best. With that everything went smooth from sale to delivery!! After about a month we had a problem with elliptical and called Brian the next day sent his repair team was at house to fix machine. Repair guy stated needed to order parts and should be available in week or two which is understandable!! 1 hour after he left I got a call and repair guy said do to how new machine was they were just going to swap it out with a brand new one, This was delivered next business day!!!! That is great customer service and quite frankly above and beyond. obviously we will buy and and all equipment from fitness Headquarters!!

I'd never heard of this place before asking my physical therapist what to do with some leftover FSA money, and being referred to The Fitness Headquarters with a general equipment recommendation in hand. I'm not a gym person, not knowledgeable about equipment like this, not even in great shape - just an ordinary Grandma. Brian Stevens patiently showed me several options, answered my questions about everything - even about comparison equipment I'd seen online that wasn't sold here - and helped me find a good option. He was extremely knowledgeable; I checked what he said online and with other people after leaving, and he was right on the mark about everything. He was completely nonjudgmental and encouraging. He filled out my FSA form for me when I asked, to make sure everything matched exactly and was ready to take to my doctor. After comparing my options and talking to my doctor, I called back to place my order. They're bringing my new machine to my house to set it up, and they even seem to have given me a bit of optimism that I can do what I need to do and get into better physical condition. I don't even have the equipment at home yet, so I'll update this review after it's delivered. But based on my experiences with them so far, I can absolutely recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever. What a gem of a local business this is!

I need a treadmill for physical therapy. My old one broke yesterday. I called Fitness Headquarters but they don't repair the brand I owned. I spoke to the salesman Brian about prices on a new one. He was very helpful. Purchased a treadmill and he was able to have it delivered today. Great customer service. The delivery men were also great.

I’ve been a customer of fitness headquarters for many years. The staff and owner have always shown me the best of customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for workout supplements or equipment. They will even mail you your supplies if you are unable to pick them up at the store. 5 stars all around.

I purchased a new treadmill last November, the one that came from the manufacturer was a default, Fitness Headquarters replaced multiple parts for me in a quick timely manor. After the last part broke, they replaced my treadmill with a brand new one! They came within a week with the new one. Also, the gentleman who took the old one out and replaced it with a new one were so nice and respectable. I am so pleased with The Fitness Headquarters for what they did for me. Great helpful people! Recently bought a treadmill from The Fitness Headquarters. Extremely knowledgeable staff, helpful, friendly and personable. Very happy to have stopped in this store and look forward to returning.

By far the only place to purchase your sports supplements and fitness equipment needs. The minute you walk in the door you are warmly greeted by extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They assist you in every way possible, answer all of your questions and want you completely satisfied. Support local family businesses who care, not franchises.

Very knowledgeable older guys lifted all their life they know the supplements they know what's in them they don't sell junk there they have good stuff that won't affect your heart just a decent place to go to probably one of the best places in the area for equipment and knowledge especially if you're looking to get your son started or somebody new

I make the trip to fitness headquarters because everyone is friendly & love family owned! Even though I know what I want when I go in there, they never "sell" me on other items & I appreciate that!! They are very friendly w my children in there too!!

I cannot say enough nice things about the service and experience I receive every time I visit or even just call Fitness HQ. They are insanely helpful and kind which goes such a long way. Their prices are also fair and the convenience is awesome.

These guys are the BEST in the business! Have been dealing with them for almost 20 years, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing to deal with! Trustworthy, honest, it doesn't get better than this!

Brian is super knowledgeable and they are very reasonably priced. They have so many supplements and equipment to choose from. The best in PA!

I didn't find the sales person helpful at all. Very smug attitude. Maybe if you look like a gym rat you get better service.

They will have what you are looking for... and they will try to sell you everything in the store. Went in, explained that I was looking for a piece of equipment in the $50 range... they try to sell me a $550 pull down machine. Don't be so pushy!!!

For my first time coming here it was such a great experience. Brian helped us out and even educated us! Will definitely be coming back.
