The Fitness Connection has been maintaining our corporate fitness center's equipment for 8 years. Today we wanted to move things around, remove two pieces of equipment, and clean. They took time to discuss the best pieces to remove. The crew was patient while we cleaned, made sure things were spaced properly, and made sure everything was good to go after moving. The move was a great success and looks great!

We had Mike from The Fitness Connection come out to our Snap Fitness gym to troubleshoot a treadmill. He was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so we could understand. We will be using The Fitness Connection for our future needs. Thank you for a great experience!

I contacted The Fitness Connection regarding my Matrix IC7 that made a loud pop and then started grinding and rubbing. I talked to the service manager, Patrick Legge, who arranged for my cycle to be serviced at my house the next day. Patrick and Jaime, the service technician, could not have been more courteous and helpful. I highly recommend The Fitness Connection.

I have dealt with Fitness Connection for some time now & they are not only great at what they do, but the techs that come out are amazing - Sean is great! Their response time after having put in a work-order request with a piece of equipment that may be down is incredible!

So I was having an issue with my treadmill making a squeaking noise and wanted to get it fixed. Life Fitness wanted over $200 just to come onsite to just look at it. I reached out to The Fitness Connection to see what their price would be and Patrick Legge gave me a suggestion over the phone of trying some Sil-Glyde on the motor belt which ended up fixing my problem! He could have just as easily charged me a visit fee to tell me the same thing so he saved me some money and didn't try to take advantage of me. Seems that is becoming increasingly rare in this world so big shout out to Patrick Legge and The Fitness Connection for taking care of me!

Patrick responded immediately to a warranty-parts service issue and had a tech out as soon as parts came in. Mike, the service tech, was very good—fixed treadmill in a timely manner, showed where previous installer had made some mistakes.

The Fitness Connection has been a great company to work with at my residential community! Great communication, quick turnaround, and in general easy to work together.

Purchased a refurbished recumbent bike. Communication was very good on both e-mail and telephone. Bike was wrapped well for freight shipping and arrived undamaged. Residents of our condo community are very happy with the purchase.

Highly recommend. They did a fantastic job tuning up a 10 year plus old Concept 2 Rower back to good as new. Patrick was very helpful and their rates are extremely reasonable.

TFC is always super reliable. Quick service and response times. The guys that service my club are very friendly and thorough and are able to offer any explanation of issues and their own opinions of what is best for our facility.

As a local gym owner, I was pleasantly surprised with the incredible customer service, as well as prices and communication. We will definitely be returning for additions in the future as we continue to grow.
