The Fitness Connection are professional, they work as a team with my staff and myself, they give great descriptions of what is going on and great incite of what is needed!

Patrick responded immediately to a warranty-parts service issue and had a tech out as soon as parts came in. Mike, the service tech, was very good—fixed treadmill in a timely manner, showed where previous installer had made some mistakes.

The Fitness Connection has been maintaining our corporate fitness center's equipment for 8 years. Today we wanted to move things around, remove two pieces of equipment, and clean. They took time to discuss the best pieces to remove. The crew was patient while we cleaned, made sure things were spaced properly, and made sure everything was good to go after moving. The move was a great success and looks great!

We had Mike from The Fitness Connection come out to our Snap Fitness gym to troubleshoot a treadmill. He was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so we could understand. We will be using The Fitness Connection for our future needs. Thank you for a great experience!

I contacted The Fitness Connection regarding my Matrix IC7 that made a loud pop and then started grinding and rubbing. I talked to the service manager, Patrick Legge, who arranged for my cycle to be serviced at my house the next day. Patrick and Jaime, the service technician, could not have been more courteous and helpful. I highly recommend The Fitness Connection.

So I was having an issue with my treadmill making a squeaking noise and wanted to get it fixed. Life Fitness wanted over $200 just to come onsite to just look at it. I reached out to The Fitness Connection to see what their price would be and Patrick Legge gave me a suggestion over the phone of trying some Sil-Glyde on the motor belt which ended up fixing my problem! He could have just as easily charged me a visit fee to tell me the same thing so he saved me some money and didn't try to take advantage of me. Seems that is becoming increasingly rare in this world so big shout out to Patrick Legge and The Fitness Connection for taking care of me!

Purchased a refurbished recumbent bike. Communication was very good on both e-mail and telephone. Bike was wrapped well for freight shipping and arrived undamaged. Residents of our condo community are very happy with the purchase.

Thank you Fitness Connection - All I can say is Sean Wentz and Jeff Miller were better than outstanding and did more than I expected and asked for! They are professionals at their art, extremely customer focused, assistive and knowledgeable. Sadly when you search fitness connection this business populates and many leave their issues with their gyms here. This business sells equipment not a service. I also did the same but deleted once I saw the mistake by google and the terrible business practices by a large gym company. Shop here for gym equipment not gym membership!

Wonderful customer service by Patrick I purchased several items there and I feel he and the company went above and beyond for me the warehouse is immaculate the customer service from Patrick was top notch I will definately be a repeat customer. I felt like I was purchasing items from a family member practically rather than a business that's how helpful polite and honest Patrick was

Have purchased several pieces of equipment (treadmill, bike, ascent trainer, bosu ball) from them over the past 5 years. Always an honest sale on a great piece of equipment. Needed a cosmetic part and they sold it to me at a lower price than I could find it anywhere.

Fitness connection makes it impossible to cancel your membership. Also the this place has the dirtiest bathrooms. Very unhappy with their business.
