EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE Despite reading a concerning review beforehand, I decided to give Techno Fit LLC a chance and scheduled a service. I spoke with a British woman who confirmed a date and time for the appointment. During that call, there was some mention of needing to accept terms via email, but we had already agreed on the appointment details, so I assumed we were set. On the scheduled service day, no one showed up. I waited for an hour, then called and left a voicemail to confirm whether the appointment was still happening. Three hours later, I received a return call—not to apologize or clarify, but to be rudely accused of calling a technician directly (which I couldn’t have done because I was never given any technician’s contact information). The only number I called was the one listed on Google—the same one I originally used to set the appointment and leave a voicemail. The conversation was needlessly confusing, and instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was met with unnecessary attitude and blame. If accepting terms prior to scheduling is a strict policy, it should be clearly communicated in writing before confirming any dates. Working with customers should be straightforward and respectful. Unfortunately, this interaction was anything but. Unprofessional communication, no-show service, and poor customer support made this a completely frustrating experience. I should’ve trusted the initial review I read. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended. UPDATE TO THE MANAGERS RESPONSE: Thank you for your response, but it’s clear we simply had very different experiences—and communication breakdowns that could have been handled better on your end. To clarify: Yes, during our initial call, you mentioned sending an email with terms, and I agreed to have it sent to my husband. That said, we verbally agreed on a specific date and time before ending the call, which I added to my calendar. If the appointment was truly not scheduled until the terms were accepted online, that should’ve been made more clear and not verbally confirmed in the first place. As for calling the technician: I dialed the public 800 number listed on Google, not knowing it was connected to a direct technician. I left a voicemail with your office—not with a technician—and asked for a callback to confirm if the appointment was still scheduled. The number I dialed was not labeled or known to me as "Techno Fit." Had I known, I wouldn't have contacted it. When you returned my call, I was met with immediate hostility and accusations. Yes, my tone changed—but only in response to being spoken to so rudely. I had no intention of being combative or causing issues. In fact, I would’ve been happy to reschedule had the situation been handled with respect and clarity. Unfortunately, your customer service approach was confrontational and dismissive, and it left a very negative impression. It’s unfortunate this situation escalated, but based on your tone and treatment of me—combined with other similar reviews—this appears to be a pattern, not a one-off incident.
