We tried and tried to get the manufacturer of our treadmill to get a technician out to work on the unit and it just didn't happen. So, I called TDS locally and Tom came out and within an hour or so he had the treadmill working. Amazing because the unit had never worked and that we had to wait months and months for the manufacturer to find the appropriate technician and he was here and local the whole time. I definitely recommend calling Tom at TDS is you have any problem with any fitness equipment. -rick and susi

Highly recommend! My Precor EFX elliptical was damaged during transit. Tom was amazing! He came out right away, evaluated the damage, and ordered the parts (making sure to keep cost in mind). My elliptical is now up and running again. I am so glad I found someone local. I will definitely use him in the future!
