Huge shoutout to Stride Fitness for an incredible home gym setup. From flooring to equipment install and full assembly, they handled it all. Tyler was fantastic w/ clear communication and top-notch professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. If you are in the market for a home gym, look no further. I paid approximately $1,000 upfront after being told my elliptical required a control board replacement. After the initial assessment, communication became very limited despite multiple follow-up attempts. Ultimately, I was unable to obtain the part or a timely resolution and had to dispute the charge through my credit card provider. A separate repair company later informed me that these control boards are no longer manufactured, making the unit effectively unrepairable. If the service could not be completed, a prompt refund would have been appropriate. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.

Stride Fitness Solutions exceeded our expectations with both the removal of our old gym equipment and the installation of our new setup. Adam and his team consistently delivered exceptional customer service during both visits. They worked efficiently while taking great care to avoid any damage to our facility. Their attention to detail ensured that everything was precisely as we wanted, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Call them to fix my treadmill - been told they come to look and fix the issue - charge $175/hour. Someone came in look at my treadmill and said cable had been pinch bec of the move - stayed for less then 20 minutes - never tried to fix the issue - told me they need to order parts without looking if it need parts. They called and said they can fix my machine and it might take 1-2 hours to do and they charge $150/hour. Waste of time and money. I hired another company to look at my treadmill - charge $130 and got my treadmill fix in an hour.

Adam and team were a fantastic help with answering my questions and getting my treadmill back online. They offered service quicker than anticipated and I will be having them come back out for a routine service in 6 months to make sure this thing stays functional!

These guys are great! I had a busted cable on my Iron Grip Strenth smith machine/trainer. I wanted to fix it myself, but really couldn't figure out a good way to do that. I called Stride Fitness Solutions, not really knowing if they would agree to look at it or not, but they did! Turns out the cable system was much more complex than I had imagined. They were able to order the parts for me then came back and installed them. They even came on a day I couldn't be there, which was wonderful because I havea hard time getting off work. Really appreciate this business and the courtesy of everyone I spoke with while trying to get this issue resolved. 100% recommend.

I had a treadmill put together by another service team and Stride Service came out to completely fixed in 30 minutes what took these guys 4.5 hours to destroy. Professional, complete, timely. Highly recommend!
