Service RX services the treadmills and rowers at the OrangeTheory Fitness in Durham once a month for regular maintanence. Daphane always comes spreading joy and knowledge. I have learned so much about the equipment and proper maintenance!

Our fire department has the fitness equipment serviced annually by ServiceRX, and for several years now they’ve done an outstanding job, and this year was no different. Daphne arrived as scheduled and displayed true professionalism and competence while working on several treadmills and ellipticals. There’s no doubt we’ll call them next year and request Daphne! They've already taken our credit card information, and we haven't heard from someone in two weeks. At this point, I would say people should be hesitant to do business with ServiceRX. They simply can not keep their word.

I contacted ServiceRX about treadmill repair and they took my info. Because of the age of my machine, they gave me their pricing but said I might actually come out ahead and just getting a new one. I really appreciated how upfront they were about the cost and suggesting other options.

John Maldonaldo from the Atlanta office serviced my malfunctioning treadmill. He was professional, helpful and friendly. I would have him service my treadmill again if the need arose.

The address takes you to the Hillsborough Post Office!! I called the number and was told that this is a website based company. They use a PO Box #. No show room.

I have had nothing but incredible experiences here! I would recommend anybody to stop by. Great prices, great people!!!
