Keith @ service solutions sent a technician to fix our true treadmill. We were covered under warranty for all the parts. They did a tremendous job ordering the parts and were here in a few weeks to repair. Was so happy when they fixed our True treadmill. However after 2 weeks the board is making a clicking noise and have been trying to contact him for months. I would have paid for another visit. But been totally ignored. Spoke to him once and said he would get back to me. But crickets since. Sent him a few text messages with no response. Really disappointed as I did not mind spending the money to get this fixed. They were referred from the new owners of gym source. The technician who was sent was not the friendliest. Really dislike writing negative reviews but not professional ignoring customers.

Service Solutions provided us with outstanding service! We had an issue with our Precor treadmill and my husband was referred to Service Solutions. From speaking to Keith to schedule to have someone come out, and having Mike service our treadmill, the service, process of fixing and completion were excellent. They both are pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable and provide great customer service...Thank you Mike and Keith!

Our treadmill broke down. The folks at Service Solutions seemed to do everything they could to help us out. They did a lot of homework before coming on the call, working with us and the manufacturer. As a result, when the came, they repaired it in one trip, saving us the cost of a second call. The gentleman who did the service was friendly and knowledgeable. A very positive repair experience.

The new part for our treadmill came in quickly and was installed within a day or so. Michael did a great job, and even cleaned the motor for us.
