Arrived right on time as quoted. Branden was very professional and informative. He diagnosed my elliptical and turned out there's a bent along the inside of the machine. He called the manufacturer and informed them of said finding. Now I'm getting not only a new one but an upgraded model. I wouldn't hesitate to use service first again if ever needed and I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!

I had a terrible experience with this company! I ended up paying over $1K to repair my treadmill and it still wasn't fixed after the repairs. They initially told me that it would cost ~$1K to repair my $1,200 treadmill. This was fine with me because I had insurance that would cover repairs up to $1,200. After they did the initial repairs they told me it would be another $1,500 to repair the treadmill which far exceeded the initial cost of the treadmill and what my insurance would cover. If they would have told me that it would cost an additional $1,500 to repair I never would have done the initial repairs in the first place and would have just bought a new treadmill with the insurance money. I feel like they did not do a proper job of initially diagnosing the repairs that needed to be done or deliberately did not tell me that I would potentially have to spend another $1,500 in repairs after the initial $1,000 in repairs. I tried to call them a few times to work out a solution but they never returned my calls. So I wasted all of my ~$1,200 in insurance money on this company. The repairs they performed didn't fix my treadmill and they're saying it will cost another $1,500 to fix!

Their service and expertise have been stellar so far. Customer service was great, and I especially liked the way I was kept informed about arrival time, etc. The techs were thorough, fast and efficient at fixing my treadmill, and the final bill was actually less that their initial quote. Having to have a major part replaced on an almost-new piece of equipment was disappointing, but at least the part was covered by manufacturer's warranty. I'm trusting that the Service First tech did her job well. Seems like it, but wish they gave more than a 30 day warranty.

Everybody was friendly and informative. They told me the process, what was expected best and worst case scenario. They handled my warranty. They got me on the schedule in reasonable timeframe. Craig was the technician and he was very kind and professional, even good with my dogs! He fixed my treadmill in about 30 minutes and taught me about proper upkeep. I highly recommend this company!

Service First provided great service from the beginning. They provide information regarding the age of our machine (5 years) and said that they could provide service for that age machine. They also informed us that some people depending on the initial cost of machine would sometimes decide not to proceed with repairs if it was close to or in excess of half of the original cost. The process was easy, they scheduled the diagnostic visit and communicated along the way just as they said they would. Keith our repairman was very punctual and he called as he was on the way. He and his helper were very professional in their appearance and conversation. They were very efficient in their work and quickly had a diagnosis. He explained that we needed a couple of motor boards and would send an estimate by email. The estimate arrived in a day or so. We felt the estimate was within reason but we decided not to follow through with repairs due to age of our machine and some other issues that we had had with it. Would use them again.

I am thoroughly impressed with Service First. They are professional and the scheduling process was seamless. My technician Luke was extremely experienced and very personable. He diagnosed two issues with my recumbent bike and I am confident once the new parts are installed, the bike will be like new. Luke was so competent, that once the parts arrive, I will ask the scheduling department to send him to complete the installation.

Thank you for sending Lucas and his assistant, Jamie, to put the new belt on my Life Fitness treadmill this morning. They are both kind, caring, neat, and certainly efficient. They did an outstanding job, and I will surely use Service First Fitness again and have already recommended them to my building. Customer service is as important to me as the work that needs to be done because then I know that the company cares about my place while doing the work. They get 5+ stars!

This company is excellent and responsive. They repaired both our Precor treadmill and our True stationary bike. Their technicians are knowledgeable and answer all questions. We call this company first if we need equipment repaired because they are simply the best and respond quickly!

Called for support on a rower. Very nice woman I spoke with over the phone stated there would be a service fee. I agreed and scheduled appointment. Person came out where I showed the issue. He spends time looking at it and comes back that he "fixed" it. I questioned if he fixed it or just reset it as I've been doing for months. He stated he simply reset it but that if it happens again to order the part and he'll come out and fix it. I asked why I would do that when he could have brought the part on his visit and completed the work. I told him I'll do it myself. I then got invoiced for "labor" and service fee. There was no labor. He didn't do anything. I caution anyone doing business with Service First. While the ladies on the phone are incredibly nice and professional, everyone else was not honest.

Had a stationary bike repaired and first replacement part didn't fix my issue. Service First contacted the manufacturer and manufacturer recommended replacing something else which didn't work either. Long story short, Service First got the correct part for me, fixed my bike and was more than fair on charges. I've used them prior to this and got the same excellent service.

**My name and pic are aliases for privacy reasons. I’m a legitimate customer of Service First.** Told them on the phone that all I wanted was a battery replacement for my exercise bike. Tech came out and stripped whole bike down, leaving a long vertical outside piece of the bike loose, right under the display console. It easily completely shakes and rattles from side to side. When I pointed this out, tech told me to just ignore it, because it doesn’t “interfere” with riding of the bike. Called the following week to have someone else come out and repair what was done by the tech. Person on phone was extremely curt and short with me. There was no apology whatsoever for what was done. They made me feel like *I* was the issue, not them. Poor “service first”, to say the least. I asked for the 12-4 time slot for a certain date. Day before the appointment, I get an email saying it’s from 11-1 instead. Just canceled, since I am tired of these people at this point and their unreliability. Also, five days after the initial appointment, I still had no receipt in my email. Called and requested a receipt and was again treated with rudeness. You’d think I asked them for a million dollars instead. They did expedite an e-receipt after that, but treating customers with “service first” is certainly not how I would describe these folks.
