For those getting in to long distances riding or those riding in a group that tend to struggle, this bike gives you just the assistance you need when you don’t feel like you can push any further. As much as I love the bike, it’s the service from the staff at scheller’s that is most impressive. They were informed, attentive and patient! I couldn’t have asked for a better encounter

It was none other than Scheller's Fitness & Cycling located on 5701 Vogel Road in the beautiful city of Evansville of the great state of Indiana where I experienced the utmost high echelon to ever exist in the realm of customer service. The temperature of the day was a perfect 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I walked through the sacred double doors with my bike in desperate need of a master bikesmith. There he was: Gregg. Oh, Gregg! How great are your hands when they are occupied with the task of making a bicycle spin with glee and finesse. This business could generate an income resulting in profit solely by charging patrons the privilege of watching this gentleman be a master at work. This experience was a circumvolution of my life's trajectory. I will never be the same again after standing alongside this man. Not only was my bicycle ready to conquer the mightiest of mountains, but my mind was left with 50 more points of intelligence quotients. He elucidated with the most erudite words the capacity in which my two-wheeled vessel was suppressed from its optimal conduct, and what operations he undertook to substantiate my idea of a well-oiled machine into a reality. This all culminated in an exchange of United States Dollar currency that was billed at a judiciously quoted expenditure. Much obliged, Gregg. If it were within my power to give this establishment a rating of more than 5 celestial bodies of hydrogen and helium, it would be my moral duty to do so. I brought two bikes that were making brake/chain noises to Scheller's, and they fixed them both for free! One because I had purchased the bike from them a year and a half earlier, and the other because they are just nice people! I put a $20 in the tip jar, but in retrospect, probably should have tipped more!

Great products with great warranty support team. Wonderful staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased an M1 gym equipment and a treadmill and love the quality of both. If quality is important to you, give these guys a call. As a gym goer I struggle so much with home exercise equipment because they feel so cheap. However, everything I bought at Schellers and everything I’ve tried there has had the quality of great gym equipment. They truly deserve the five stars.

My brother passed away. Paid $1800 for his bike. Only used for 3 months. They will buy it back for $400. Said It’s like when you buy a car it depreciates. Not 75%. Can’t have over 400 miles on it. Thais is suppose to be family friendly store. I don’t think so. Update The owner Marty reached out to me.we are working on this and he is going over and above to please me. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and only dong his job. He did nothing wrong. I was in my emotions at the time. After speaking to Marty I realized my rothers has nbeen going to them years. Polite and profesional. Very kind and courteous to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable with her new bike. Went over the bike very well before we left with it to make sure all parts were tight and secure. Look forward to more purchases and service from them.

Staff was kind and courteous and knowledgeable. They stopped what they were doing to help me out with a quick rear derailer repair. They were great!

Scheller's is great. I took a bicycle to be repaired. The man that did the repairs was quite friendly. He made the repairs needed quickly while we waited and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Scheller's. It is a plus the owners are from the local area. Thank you.

excellent annual care and service of my e-bike which I purchased from Scheller's 4 years ago. I had to have a part replaced at my last visit this month, and they thoroughly explained problem and showed me the damaged part that had to be replaced. I very much appreciated that :)

These guys care deeply about the customer’s experience and the quality of the products they deliver. In addition, they maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, so much so you may even find yourself wandering in just to say, “Hi.” on occasion. The quality of the bikes they sell is excellent, with an excellent warranty. If there is an issue, they will make it right, or better! Had a problem with an airline mishandling my bike. I've been to this shop many times and they have always been great, this time especially. Very appreciative that they were able to get me back on the road quickly.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff are there to help educate you so that you can make the best possible decision. They were not pushy, but there to simply answer my questions. Finally, Carter did an amazing job of being patient with me being it had been decades since I purchased a bike for myself. I purchased my first e-bike and absolutely love it. I bought a Trek Hybrid at Scheller's in Evansville about a year ago. Today, I went back & bought a Trek Road bike. Earl Smith & Brandon Dodd are extremely professional & friendly. Earl helped me select both bikes, but both Earl & Brandon have helped me several times during the past year. I love the service that Scheller's provides. Earl was even kind enough to take a photo of me on my bike, so that I could post it on fb for my friends to see.

They worked diligently to fix an old bike for me. Not once did they try to hard sell me on a new bike. When it’s time to buy a new bike or possibly an elliptical, I’m definitely going to Scheller’s.
