Great experience at this fitness products store! Tim, the owner, gave me such a great deal on these soft side kettle bells! I also bought one of those doorway pull-up bars and he gave me a great deal on that too. This is a very well stocked home fitness store. I’m sure professional gyms in the area also use them all the time. Come in here and try out some of their items. There’s enough that you can pick and choose and figure out what you want in the store because they are so well stocked. I will be back as I get stronger and need more products.

We were looking to add a smith machine to our home gym for my wife, so I called a few places and eventually spoke to Tim at RX. I wanted to check out their options before making the drive, and Tim quickly sent over photos and details. He was incredibly easy to communicate with. The next day, my wife and I went in to see the machine in person and were really impressed. Tim offered us a great price and didn’t pressure us at all when we asked for an extra day to decide. He even helped us pick up some plates, and his installers did an excellent job. The whole process was smooth, and we had the machine delivered in about two days. We love our new smith machine and highly recommend RX!

I drove 45 miles one way to order a treadmill for a friend. Tim and his crew are attentive, caring, and super honest. The service is Top Notch. The selection of equipment is vast and very impressive, and the prices are very competitive. If you want fitness equipment or advise, this is the place!

Just got my Inspire M3!!! This machine is incredible worth every penny. A big step up from my old M2 with the versatility of all the double pulleys and love the leg curl. Tim at Rx Fitness gave the best deal possible and arranged for delivery and setup 3 hrs out of the area. The setup and delivery crew were gems and did an impeccable job, also tolerated me placing the carpet under just right. Thanks Tim👍👍

Top notch equipment at affordable pricing. To be honest the customer service is the main reason we continue coming back for equipment. Tim (the owner) has been super responsive and has been able to accommodate all of our requests. Delivery and set up team is awesome as well, Noel and Carlos have been super helpful, work fast and take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend this business, they have outfitted all three of our gyms.

Tim and his team are exceptional. They designed and planned my entire new gym from scratch, including computer models so we could look at various layouts. They recommended the flooring, which I probably wouldn't have thought of, and now realize I can't live without. Tyhey worked directly with the vendor to make sure the flooring all matched. Then they came to my house to position, assemble and test every piece of equipment -- which all worked (and works) perfectly. If the equipment yo need is not in the shop, Tim will find it for you. No reason to shop anywhere else.

I recently discovered RX Fitness while hunting for a home gym. I was shopping online for a set-up, and thought to come into RX Fitness just to get an idea of the set-up I wanted with the plan to hunt for better prices online afterwards. That plan failed.. since no one was able to come close to the offer that they had here! Installation was professional, clean, and prompt. Within a short amount of time, they laid out mats and had my functional trainer set-up, and also gave me guidance on maintenance and what parts to lubricate. Special shout-out to Tim for his outstanding service. His insights and advice were instrumental in helping me choose the right items for my home gym. I want to alert the public about a bait and switch scam happening with this company. I am trying to get a cable replacement for ny FTXC Functional trainer. Tim and mike are involved with fraud together. They bait you at one price and switch it as they arrive for the work. They did this to me. I called tim and spoke to him and he never called me back. His guilt is evident. I have escalated this to the corporate office. Beware of getting a quote from time or mike charging a higher price. This compyis engaged in fraud!!!!!!

We are continually pleased with our Aviron Strong rower after a few weeks of use. It took me several months of research and trying various rowing machines to come to a decision. Tim and RX fitness were great with exceptional service and guidance. RX fitness had a really large variety of rowers to choose from, and helped us select the best one for us. We are older, so the higher and more adjustable Aviron was the best rower for us. I found many rowers hard to get up and out of due to low seating (particularly water rowers) and I found it best to have a rower with adjustable intensity. Through it all, Tim was available to help with questions and we were able to try the rowers out over multiple visits with absolutely no pressure. Set up and delivery were great. We received our rower quickly. The team assembled it on sight and moved it where we needed it. The delivery team were really great. They hauled away all packaging and an older exercise machine we replaced with the new rower. A few days after delivery, Tim followed up and called to see how we were doing with rower and to see if we had any questions. I loved the follow through. This is the second exercise equipment we bought from Tim. Our first was a True treadmill that we continue to use after many years. I can’t say enough positive about Tim, RX Fitness and the delivery team.

I have been on the search for a comfortable Recumbent Bike for weeks! Finally with the help from Joey I have my new “Spirit” bike. Bought it late on Friday and it was delivered 9:00 Monday morning. Delighted with the ride and comfort and so happy with the customer service experience from RX Fitness Equipment! Thank you 😊

Over the years I have purchased a True Treadmill, True Recumbent Bike, exercise resistance bands, dumbbells etc from Tim at RX Fitness. Not only did I find him extremely knowledgeable, he did not try to sell me an expense treadmill, but one that met my needs. From the first phone call to the store I was impressed. I spoke with Charles who was easy to talk to, informative, knowledgeable and not pushy about selling me something. I ended up buying the FT2 and the the Full power cage. Erik delivered and installed my equipment. He was very courteous andI really appreciated him keeping me updated on the delivery time. He worked his butt off in 106 degree heat that day to put all of my equipment together. I am beyond happy with everything I bought. The FT2 is the most versatile functional trainer I've seen. It does everything I need and more. If I could only buy one piece of equipment this would definitely be it. It's incredible ! I'm impressed on how easy and versatile it is to change exercises during a set and the quality of the equipment is amazing. I feel Charles and Erik both went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and I will definitely be a return customer.

I waited a few months to post my review so I could use my new rowing machine for a while before giving an official review. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me with the rowing machine. He helped me select the best machine for my needs and my budget. He had the rowing machine delivered to my house within 72 hours of purchase. Not only was the delivery on time but the delivery guys called and asked if it was okay if they came early with the delivery. They were very professional and they set the machine up in my garage exactly where I wanted it. They even took the time to show my wife how to use it. If I ever have a need for more fitness equipment I know exactly where I'm going, thank you so much Tim!

I went to a few home exercise equipment stores, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Tim makes it personal! He owns the store (and has had it on the boulevard for 30+ years) and really cares about meeting your goals and needs. I got everything I wanted for a really really good price! I would highly recommend this store to anyone & everyone looking to upgrade their home gym space. I love supporting a locally-owned business. All the other stores I went to felt very corporate and the sales people there looked like they wanted to make a buck off of you rather than actually build a relationship and help you find what you need for a good deal. I would gladly come back again to Rx Fitness if I decide to expand my home gym & if I need anything else!

I had an excellent experience with them. I basically purchased the equipment right over the phone, and when delivered it was exactly as presented. The equipment is great, the set up guy was good and explained to me how to use it. We bought a stationary bike and treadmill and my wife and I have been using it every day. I would trust them to buy over the phone without even having to look at the equipment again. Great if you have limited time like I do.
