Rx Fitness Equipment - Newport Beach

What a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call, to visiting the store, to delivery was a level of customer service rare these days. My wife wanted a recumbent bike and I wanted an elliptical machine. After doing a lot of research I was going to order online but didn't like the idea of such a big purchase without trying it out. All the stores that used to sell equipment were gone. After some google searching I found RX Fitness. They carry higher end brands but still found some in my budget. Plus their delivery fee includes assembly and was 1/3rd the cost of the websites I was looking at. I called and spoke to Charles who confirmed he had the models we wanted you to try. We went after work since they were having a Labor Day sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the products, explained the differences, and had us try everything. Zero pressure sales, just friendly knowledge. After an hour and a lot of sweat we picked the equipment. A Spirit Fitness XBR95 Recumbent Bike and a Vectra 220 Elliptical. I was originally going to get the Spirit elliptical but I really like the feeling of the Vectra better. We purchased on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday. They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. I totally love our purchases and even on the lowest setting the elliptical is kicking my butt so I look forward to improving my endurance! If you're looking for fitness equipment look no further. They've got several locations. Newport Beach, Anaheim Hills, and Thousand Oaks. They have cardio and weight lifting equipment.

Yesterday my online inquiry with an exercise equipment manufacturer was passed on to Marc Moore at RX Fitness in Newport Beach, CA. Marc immediately emailed me introducing himself and asking for details about my inquiry about the Spirit Recumbent Stepper 7.0S. Over the next few hours Marc emailed me answers to all of my questions, included a price quote that beat the lowest I had found, an impressive price quote for White Glove Delivery and assembly, an invoice, a handy payment link, payment acknowledgement and assurance that he would keep me informed. He also contacted the Manufacturer to ensure that their last Spirit Recumbent Stepper 7.0S (in white) would be reserved for me. Yay!! All of this amazing customer service occurred in less than 24 hours. Best part for me was that Marc gave my communication needs top priority as I am deaf and unable to communicate on the phone. Calls are quick, emails take a bit longer. Marc could have put my inquiry off until it was more convenient for him, but he did the work and took the time to get information to me as if I were standing in front of him. What began as a warm hands off evolved into a highly efficient transaction and a profound show of respect. Thank you Marc.

Salesmen were helpful and not pushy. I took my time, looked at options and they had one hyperextension bench I liked, but they were out of stock in Newport Beach store. They called the Anaheim Hills store who had it in stock. I drive over tried it out, and it was a fit. I had looked all over LA and OC for the right bench. They gave me a discount because they did not have the item in stock at Newport Beach store, and I had to drive to Anaheim Hills. That was very fair. All in all I’m very happy with the service and the bench. It is commercial quality. The price was exceptional with the discount.

Charlie and Glen were very helpful in answering my questions about the LifeCycle bike I was interested in, and provided excellent feedback and follow-up through the ordering, delivery and installation of the equipment.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They were so helpful that I purchased the product over the phone. The product is even better than what I expected.

Dan was very friendly, honest, and patient in helping me understand rowing machines. He really listened to what I had in mind, answered my concerns and did not try to upsell. He responded quickly when I had a question after the equipment was delivered. I am very satisfied with the customer service and with my new rower.
