I reached out to Merlyn in late December about residential treadmills for competitive running, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She clearly explained the different options and helped me choose the Inspire T7S treadmill, which has been perfect for my training. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. I have been getting my gym equipment from RX Fitness for 10 years now. The Anaheim Hills shop is awesome and close by. Merlyn is amazing. She helped redesign my home gym with their floor mats and equipment. Highly recommend them. They know how to take care of clients. They also follow up and check in. Finally, they are fast. One of my cables was getting worn down from overuse. I called Merlyn and she overnighted all new cables the next day at no charge. Unbelievable customer service….

I decided to turn my garage into a full gym for my wife and I. I bought everything I needed from Charles at RX and he made it happen without me having to do anything. They installed the rubber floor 20’ x 25’ all the weights and equipment, Treadmill. I highly recommend them for all your fitness needs.

I just purchased an Aviron rower from Charlie and RX Fitness. I was ready to order online directly but took a chance to see what they had in stock. I’m sure glad I did. Charlie was so kind to demo all the rowers and answer all my questions. When making such a major purchase, I was glad to be able to try it our in person. And to have it delivered and set up professionally was well worth it. I could start using it right away. I will always check with Charlie first whenever I need fitness equipment!!!

This is our second equipment purchase from RX Fitness and it's not because it's convenient! We live pretty far away (especially considering the 91), but Charles and the store are great. Quality equipment, fair price. We added the Inspire FT1 functional trainer to our home gym and love it!

We are so happy with RX Fitness. What a class act. We drove all the way from Palm Springs and it was well worth the time. Store staff is so patient and answered all of our questions. We got a Smith machine at a great price, it was delivered and assembled promptly. RX Fitness is definitely our store of choice for future fitness needs.

I but a lot of stuff on Amazon but I get all my fitness equipment here. Most of the stuff on Amazon is cheap quality and you pay for speed and convenience. Here, I get quality equipment that lasts.

Charles was great during the transaction. He gave information on the Inspire CS 4. The CS 4 was sold out at that time from the manufacturer. Because of his knowledge he was able to find us one. We were missing the tools. He got right on it and within two business days I had the tools. We love the CS 4 and very impressed with Charles knowledge and follow through.

Called RX for a rower and they were the only place that had it. Charlie literally measured things for me while we were on the phone, remembered me when I went in two days later and had the purchase at my house, setup that same weekend. One of the easiest and most personalized experiences i've had buying workout equipment.

I’m not sure what happened to this company if they sold out to somebody new? But this used to be very reputable business! We have purchased many large exercise equipment, weights & flooring.My husband purchased flooring paid for it ahead of time tell them He’ll l be there the next day. He arrives like said and they sold it! Told him a customer came in that really needed it. Wow! Update: we got a call from the owner yesterday promising to make this mistake right and he followed through on that promise!!! He had his team drive over 200 miles round trip to deliver the flooring today. He also explained the communication problem and promised to make sure that it would not happen again. My husband will visit the store next week to buy other needed equipment for our home in La Quinta.

It’s difficult to get information on recumbent bikes online. The same few lower end brands dominate the Internet. Enter Charlie at BodyWorks! He had extensive knowledge, answers to all our questions, and excellent suggestions. We purchased an amazing recumbent bike from him, much better than anything we found online. An excellent buying experience. Charles was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the various equipment choices. Pricing was very fair. We are very pleased with our recumbent bike.

Good selection of ellipticals, very knowledgeable salesman, good delivery crew. All around I had a very nice experience with this store. I would recommend giving them a look if you want fitness equipment that is higher quality than Wal-Mart or Dick's Sporting Goods.

Great staff especially the owner Charlie who will take extra effort to make sure all your needs are met, delivery & install are done right and you got the equipment that's right for you. Can't recommend a better fitness equipment store in Orange County, Ca.
