I always receive timely and attentive service, no matter the issue. All employees I've connected with are competent and willing to help. I am thankful for the long-lasting relationship I've had with RMS and will continue to use them for whichever establishment I manage, and happily refer them to any others in need of gym equipment upkeep and or new product sales.

Very frustrating experience. Played phone tag for 24 hrs to actually speak with a human and schedule a service call for our broken treadmill. Diagnostic with no repair charges were explained clearly, there would be a fee just to come out and decide that they need to come out again to fix it? Found another provider who was out within 48 hrs and our treadmill is up and running before I could have had the diagnostic call from RMS. I suppose I am just not a very patient customer. After response from the owner I am still hesitant to change my post. They did call me, and then each time I attempted to return their call I was unable to connect with a human being it is difficult for me to be beholden to my phone every minute of the day. It may be customary to charge for a diagnostic but the person on the call stated that the technician would not bring any parts with them. I had explained what part was damaged. So it did not seem to me that there could possibly any repairs completed at the time of the visit. I am sorry that my experience is unlike those of your other customers. As I said perhaps my expectations are too high.

Today I had a service call scheduled to troubleshoot my treadmills. Caleb, my tech, arrived promptly on time. He was very courteous and competent. My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would high reccommed RMS Fitness

Extremely easy to work with and very professional. They provided quick responses to all my emails. The techs arrived on time and did a great job. They did a disassembly and reassembly of a large machine and it turned out perfect with no issue.

I was very pleased with the service provided RMS and the professional way they went about finding my problem. After moving my treadmill stopped working. The cause was identified and corrected. No additional cost for parts in my case. Glad I selected them for my problem. I would definitely use again and refer them to someone else.

This is my second time using RMS Fitness, and once again they were amazing and delivered excellent service. Robert was able to answer all of my questions and was very responsive via email and phone. I received appointment details within a satisfactory timeframe. **6/30/22** I had my Precor elliptical repaired today, but I am still hearing noise and scraping vibration while using the equipment. I’m waiting to hear back from RMS to see how they will fix this problem. ***8/18/22 Waiting for part for almost 2 months. I sent an email seeking to get an explanation, but no one responded. ***8/31/22 They finally came and brought my part for Precor. They fixed it pretty fast and all is working great.

RMS Fitness is a very professional, courteous and friendly business. The office staff are always easy to talk to and helpful. Over the years, we have used their services to fix our equipment. We especially appreciate the superb service provided by Raj Arjoon every time, and we always specifically ask for him, and he has always been available to help. Thank you.

From the first phone call to the technician coming out to our office this company was outstanding! The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Mitchell was the technician who came out and he was very professional! Our treadmill sounds great now!!!! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Raj Arjoon worked on equipment both in my home and my physical medicine office. He performed as the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable concerning the equipment repair. He was considerate in contacting me concerning his status on arrival to do the work. I would highly recommend him and your company.

Harry and RMS Fitness were great. Had problems with my exercise bike and they ordered parts and were able to get them under warranty. Even with the new parts, the bike had problems but Harry and RMS came back to solve the problems (from the bike, not RMS) until the bike worked again. I wouldn't hesitate to use RMS Fitness or Harry again.
