Yesterday, I had my fitness equipment installed by Right Choice (Landmark TC-EXT3). The two man crew, led by Tyshon, done an excellent job. They even stacked the boxes neatly for me to dispose of within my garage. After the setup, they went on to show me a few thangs about using my workout equipment. I had a great experience with Right Choice Repair Service. My treadmill was making a funny noise. I contacted multiple places after googling "treadmill repair near me". Righ Choice responded the fastest and was able to set up an appointment for me the next day. Tyshon diagnosed the damage to the treadmill and ordered the parts in front of me. They gave me updates as we waited for the parts and in a little over a week Tyshon was back and was able to repair my treadmill quickly. The service from the start to finish was professional and friendly. Tyshon went above and beyond to ensure the job was done properly and answered all of my questions. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Right Choice Repair. Sean came out on 4/10 to diagnose my NordicTrack treadmill, which was making a loud noise on decline and intermittently hesitating, something I specifically pointed out as a safety concern since it can throw me off balance. He had me get on the treadmill to demonstrate the issue and ultimately told me the motor needed to be replaced. He also stated the repair would be covered under warranty, that he would order the part, and that he would follow up with me regarding delivery and scheduling the repair. Unfortunately, none of that happened. After hearing nothing, I sent two follow-up emails with no response. Three weeks later (on 5/1), I finally called him myself. His response was that the warranty company was “supposed to send a tracking number.” When I asked why he hadn’t communicated at all, no call, no text, no email, he gave an excuse about being with a customer the previous evening until 10:30pm, which didn’t explain the complete lack of communication over the prior three weeks. When I expressed that I simply expected basic follow-through, he became rude and said he would “drop everything” to take care of me and call me back. He never called back. Shortly after, I was contacted by the warranty company and was shocked to learn that Sean had told them the treadmill was operating fine. Because of that, they did not order the motor and stated he would not be returning to service my equipment. This directly contradicts what he told me in person—that the motor needed to be replaced—and resulted in my claim essentially being shut down. This feels not only unprofessional, but dishonest. Lack of communication is one thing. Misrepresenting a diagnosis to a warranty company after being called out for poor follow-through is another. I would strongly caution others: based on my experience, I would not trust this company or technician.

I would like to express my gratitude to Amanda and Tyshon for their exceptional service. I recently bought the French Fitness FSR 90 Smith Machine and cage, along with multiple attachments, and they went above and beyond to install it for me. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work.

Excellent all the way around. Tyshon was the tech that diagnosed, and repaired the issue with my bike. It was diagnosed, the part was ordered and in just a few days he returned and had my bike up and running in short order. He was polite and professional. 5 stars.. Tyshon did a great job servicing our treadmill. I expected it would be a challenge, since it was 15 years old. He showed me that the motor has a lifetime warranty, and he helped me navigate my conversation with the warranty fulfillment company. He went above and beyond to help us. I'll definitely use this company again.

I reached out to Right Choice Repair and scheduled a consultation appointment. During the consultation I learned from Tyshon that even though it had been over 12 months since I purchased the treadmill that some parts were still under warranty but if I called the company I might be able to get an extended warranty on service and all parts. I called and he was right and I was able to purchase an extended warranty. Tyshon didn't have to make that suggestion but he did and he ended up saving me several hundred dollars in parts and labor. His honesty and great customer service from start to finish is why he now has a customer for life and why I highly recommend Right Choice Repair to anyone looking to have their fitness equipment serviced or repaired.

I had a noisy treadmill and Tyshon came over and diagnosed the problem within minutes! We ordered the parts and he returned to do the repair once parts arrived. He fixed everything and my tread is just like new! He was very knowledgeable and kind! I was half joking but asked if he repaired stoves and refrigerators. My treadmill needed repair for the third time in 15 years and I was not especially happy with the last two companies I used. I did a search on my Nextdoor page and found a recommendation for Right Choice. Working with Tyshon, the technician and Franchellis in the office, has been an absolute pleasure! They are both professional in their demeanor, they maintain excellent communication throughout, and they are two of the nicest, most polite people I have ever met! Tyshon is very knowledgeable and does a great job of diagnosing and correcting your problem. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again for any other appliance repair I need in the future.

My Mom and Dad and I had a Marcy Home Gym installed today and it was not only completed in only an hour. It was also the most affordable and honest service you can ask for. Even going as far to let us know about a part that was bent from the store we had purchsed it from and then guiding me through the process of ordering a new part. My experience with my Treadmill repair is very fast and effective up and running. Thank God it was Tyshon who was my repair Tech he is very knowledgeable very responsible, very respectful, youre the best Tyshon thank you for doing a wonderful job.I will recommend you and the Right Choice company.

Within three days I had my dryer, stove and garbage disposal go out. I contacted Right Choice Repair and despite me changing the appointment a couple of times dues to work and birth of great-grandson Tyshon arrived Tuesday of this week and immediately tackled all three. He analyzed the problems, called his parts person and had a quote ready. On Thursday, he arrived and fixed all three and even helped me with another project not planned for. He was polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would hire him again for any repairs needed. Very pleased with everything.

Bought a high quality and HEAVY fitness machine on Craigslist from over an hour distance away. Service Tech Tyshon singlehandedly picked it up for me and delivered to my house which was incredible considering the weight and awkwardness of the equipment. Tyshon was very professional, capable, and a genuinely nice person. The charge was very reasonable and their service enabled me to look outside of my local area to get an exceptional piece of fitness equipment. Highly recommend!

Right choice repair damaged my equipment during installation. Aside from the damage the install was very sloppy the weight stack was left uneven. Bolts we installed in the wrong direction. After install I was left with about 150 washers that were never installed on any of the bolts. They refused to take it apart and install it the proper way instead offered me about $150 refund on the install of a $5000 piece of equipmemt that they scratched and didn't assemble correctly. That is not adequate. It's been 2 months and they won't resolve. I've reached out multiple times.

What a wonderful experience working with the technician who came to facilitate assembling and getting our new treadmill ready to use!!!!!! Tyshon was the tech that suggested what we needed in the treadmill and he was a breath of fresh air in everything he did for us! He is a careful, kind individual who took all necessary precautions related to the issues with Covid. He let us know when he was coming to our home, arrived promptly, and got the task completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He is such a professional and a bonus “super nice person”. We will call this company and ask for Tyshon when we need tech/appliance/assembly service in the future. Five stars is not enough to rate him!

Serviced my Norictrac Incline Trainer....did an excellent job. Machine now operates more smoothly and quieter than it did brand new. Tyshon was outstanding and ordered a new control panel and installed it also. It was working but incline down and speed down wasn't working properly. I just used the numbers on the side and made it work. He said that's not good enough. Outstanding company I would use again and will let Nordic track know I prefer them for my annual service

What a great company. My Samsung side by side was not making any ice. Tyshon came the day after I called him and ordered the part and put it in the next day. He is a really sweet man who knows what he is doing. I have never ever had such great service on an appliance. Highly recommend. Look no further.
