I have been dealing with Eric Coryer of Ready Fitness before they were Ready Fitness. I have never been disappointed with their knowledge, service, support, or just a great customer attitude. When they come out and fix something, its done promptly and stays fixed. Stacy is always ready to help and Vince is an awesome technician. I have never had any issues when referring them to my clients. They are always looking for ways to save us money when I need an expensive repair of our commercial equipment. They are awesome.

My experience with "Stacy" at Ready Fitness was one of the most unscrupulous customer service experiences I've ever had with a business. The issue was related to her not disclosing or advising me that the service fee for an initial visit to diagnose the problem with my treadmill. The technician came and made the diagnosis, then he surprised me with the $199 fee (for a 10-minute visit). I paid the fee and thought that it would be applied to the actual labor cost when the new part was ordered and placed on my treadmill, but Stacy informed me that there would be an additional labor charge. She insisted that she informed me of the initial $199 cost. She did not. When I asked if she could waive all or part of the new fee, her indignant response was both surprising and disappointing. That $199 dollars will be the last dollars that Ready Fitness ever gets from me, and I hope that future potential customers will heed this warning. ~Jarrod
