He is such a grate person to talk with I half to call him a real friend. I felt very confortible with him. Moast of all he treats your equipment like like its his equipment. Called was very rude talking over me
Called Chris yesterday (Saturday) for a repair/tune up on our treadmill. He said he could come out whenever we would be home and scheduled the service for today (Sunday). I told him I would pay extra for coming out on a Sunday and he said that wouldn’t be necessary. He obviously had tons of experience and knew the machine inside and out. Determined it just needed a tune up and it is now working like it’s brand new. Excellent service and only $100. Highly recommend!
I called and talked with the service person. Yea, I'll be by Saturday. Called and left a voice message, followed by a message. No Response.
Chris did a fantastic job taking apart and moving my huge universal gym to another room. While there he also fixed my treadmill. How good ... I paid him more than he asked for!

Chris at RTE merits the highest rating. He brought my Nordictrack elliptical back from the dead. He performs repairs as promised. The only possible downside of using RTE is that his services are in high demand and getting an appointment may take some time. I couldn't be happier with my RTE experience.
