5 STARS!! Do yourself a favor and call QFE first — seriously. Even if you only read this much of my review, you’ll be glad you did. I’ve been researching cardio equipment for my home — mainly treadmills and rowers — and was especially interested in higher-quality light commercial equipment rather than the typical residential models sold at big box stores or online. I stopped into Quality Fitness Equipment to see what they had available, and I was genuinely impressed. They carry a wide range of brands and equipment, from solid residential machines to exceptional light commercial lines, all at very competitive prices. Honestly, it seems like if they don’t already have exactly what you’re looking for, they can probably source it for you. But what truly separates QFE from other fitness equipment stores is Mike and his team. Mike was out helping customers the day I stopped in, but he personally called me back afterward to learn more about what I was looking for. What stood out immediately was that he didn’t try to “sell” me anything. Instead, he listened. He asked thoughtful questions about my health, my goals, my physical needs, and what I was realistically trying to accomplish. The entire conversation felt focused on helping me make the right decision for me — not just moving inventory. The entire team has been fantastic: knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Mike’s experience, honesty, and willingness to help are rare, especially today. You can tell he truly cares about fitness, health, and making sure customers end up with equipment that will genuinely improve their quality of life. After speaking with Mike, he suggested I consider a different piece of equipment he also had available because he genuinely believed it would better fit my goals, physical needs, and long-term health. In doing so, he clearly put my best interests ahead of making money — period. The recommendation was not the profitable option for him, but he still guided me toward what he honestly felt was the better fit for me. And he was absolutely right. That level of integrity and customer care is hard to find. It’s difficult to fully explain the difference until you experience it yourself, but QFE feels more like working with people — even friends — who genuinely want to help you, while also offering excellent products and expertise. Mike, thank you for all you do and for the kindness and generosity you showed me personally. It meant a lot. Highly recommended.

My machine, a 2013 Bowflex Treadclimber TC-10, was a hasty purchase made after the pandemic shut down our local gyms. At only $450, it wasn’t in the best shape when I bought it in 2019, but it *definitely* served its purpose, and well. Fast forward to 2023, and the left deck plate’s cracked all the way through, the shocks were on their last leg, and it was time to get it tuned up. These folks were right around the corner, and took very good care of my machine. As I was able to repair the shocks myself, I ordered and installed them. It now works like never before. Suffice to say, I expect it’ll take me to new levels or endurance with the updated hardware installed by these folks. And it’s so quiet now! ❤️ The techs were also very competent, friendly, and fellow fitness enthusiasts. Given the opportunity, I’d certainly use these folks again.

Hello and sorry so late for the review. The quality of service is outstanding. TOP NOTCH!!! They are very friendly right down to their dog zeus. I got a great deal too. Melissa, Brother, and husband care more about than just selling you a piece of equipment. I felt Melissa knew how to explain the equipment and what I needed and worked with me on my schedule and the price with the previous owners of the equipment. Plus, her husband and brother were very timely and efficient in setting everything up in my home. I am so thankful. Zeus and family gave me a happy day!! He sings. God Bless them in all they do!!!

I had Mike come out to my house to help me finish set up on a 2nd hand Proform bike that I bought. He was absolutely lovely and dealt well with my new puppy bothering him while he worked. I have had quite a few spin bikes and had several techs over to my place to help me with them. Mike was by far the most helpful one I have ever worked with. I would not hesitate to call them if I needed more help or for future purchases. Their communication both via email and phone was very prompt and helpful. Really great work!

I have a 20 year old treadmill that I wanted to repair. Even though the display board is not available the Techs did a great job diagnosing the problem and pursuing a remedy for me. Excellent service and timely follow up. Highly recommend.

Quality fitness equipment is your go to if you need anything fitness or gym related. I met Melissa and her crew setting up a home gym a couple years ago. They were able to get everything I had asked for from weights to ellipticals!!! Whether you want to stop by and pick something small up or have something major delivered, they’ve got you covered. Hands down the kindest, most thoughtful crew I’ve worked with out of any vendor, mover, contractor, etc. I hired them to service for cybex commercial gym equipment, disassemble, move, install rubber flooring inside my home, and reassemble the equipment. They were thoughtful in every detail from planning through install; they even took their shoes off before entering our house. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them for residental or commerical needs. Thank you all!

Great spot! Melissa and her team are fantastic, they have high quality equipment at reasonable prices. Although shipping everywhere is a pain in the rear right now they are great at communicating where the purchase is, when the expected ship date is, etc. It makes the process pleasant and you never feel like you're blindly waiting in the dark not knowing what is going on. The team is also exceptional at following up and making sure everything is as it should be. Overall, great product, even better team to work with.

I am a recent transplant to the MB area. Contacted Quality Fitness to install a BodyCraft home gym that I have owned for the past 10 yrs. The installers arrived within the window they indicated. Very professional and while I worked they completed the installation. Well worth the price.

Quality fitness gets my 5 stars! I walked into their storefront looking for. Residential elliptical and from the moment I met Melissa I knew I had picked the right place! Not only did I get a local deal but I got to deal with local people! From the trial in the store to the equipment in my home, it was smooth sailing! Delivery was as promised- on time , careful and successful even up a flight of stairs! I am so glad I bought local!

My wife and I bought a refurbished recumbent bike from Quality Fitness. Melissa and Kevin where great to work with. They provided excellent customer service, patiently answering all our questions (and we had plenty)! A little research proved to us that their prices are very competitive. They delivered the bike exactly when promised and it was in top-notch condition. And if you are a dog person, their dog Zeus will come out of the office and greet you with wagging tail and chin ready for scratching. :)

We had reached out to Quality Fitness to replace and upgrade our 160-home neighborhood gym in North Carolina. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive, engaged and professional. We have reaped the benefits of them not only being a family-run business with great personal touches, such as meeting us onsite, knowing our name, and returning our many calls, messages and texts, but also big enough to provide great prices from several manufacturers and fantastic customer service. As promised, they removed our old equipment and installed our new items in less than a day. We had roughly 10 pieces of equipment removed and replaced those with 10 new pieces of equipment, plus dumbbells, racks, etc. We couldn't recommend this company higher and truly had a great experience from beginning to end.

So I’ve been shopping with Quality Fitness Equipment all through the BS of 2020, and I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with them. I’ve got a complete home gym equipped with a bench press, squat rack, strict flat bench, an adjustable bench, dumbbells, and I think it’s 805 pounds worth of weights. ALL from Quality Fitness Equipment. Melissa has been the one who primarily works with me and she’s absolutely amazing. Fantastic customer service, always keeps in touch with me and keeps me up to date on items I’m looking for!! Nothing but love for this company!!

This place is wonderful! Melissa and Kevin were so helpful. I had a problem replacing the wheels on my elliptical. I tried calling the elliptical company directly, looking online and even had a few friends/family come over to my house. No one could figure it out. Finally I called Quality Fitness Equipment Sales and Service and they knew exactly what to do! Thanks to them, I have a repaired elliptical that I nearly had given up on. Their knowledge and willingness to go out of their way to help was so much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Great for entry level, fitness training.

We called this place because we had a customer in SC whose treadmill wasn't working. We had just delivered it and didn't have a local technician. Mike was able to go out there quickly, evaluate and resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction. From the first call to resolution, it was all handled within days. Thanks!

I bought a used elliptical machine here. The leg fell of the tract the first time I used it. I called the owner and sent him a video of the leg falling off. I was told all sales are final and they wouldn't offer any solution. I even offered to return this machine and buy another from them so they wouldn't lose any money, they wouldn't respond after I said that. I tried the machine in their store with no issues but I din't preform a full workout. If you plan on buying something from these people make sure you go into their store and use their machine for an extended period of time and use it like you are working out. Its a shame to have another business in our area that won't make right on mistakes.

Mike and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I received the mats I needed for my gym. Very prompt service and reliable. I will definitely be calling on them again. There equipment is top notch too.

Mike has been involved in fitness forever so he was so helpful when we were considering what we wanted to get.
