Primo Fitness

We traveled from Colorado to Texas to find out more about Panatta Gym Equipment. We are opening a gym in the near future. First of all, this place is terribly misrepresented. It is a dirty, clutter filled warehouse and whomever was representing this business; could NOT wait to get rid of us! We had to step over pallets to see plastic wrapped machines. This place is a poor representation of Panatta equipment and was honestly a wasted trip! We sent numerous emails trying to set up a meeting with whomever could be “helpful “ and knowledgeable and we got NO response!!

I bought a brand‑new Panatta leg press, and the owner, Leo, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. We emailed back and forth at least two dozen times. Initially, I bought a Life Fitness leg press, which I was not happy with. He then replaced it with another one; however, I still was not satisfied with that one either. He suggested I try a Panatta model, which I still have and am very happy with. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Primo Fitness, and I may buy more gym equipment from them in the future.

Top of the line equipment, great staff, and awesome customer service. Thank you!

Spent $46K with Primo Fitness. Only to receive different equipment That I paid for. Machines weren't assembled correctly and fell apart on the gym floor, Bolts came in stripped too. When contacting Primo, Jesse Jimenez the office manager refuses to return emails after telling me that the equipment falling apart and equipment coming in with stripped bolts was not covered under warranty. After over 1 month of me explaining their solution to the issue, wasn't possible. I sent pictures, videos, everything to try to get my piece back running... Its been 4 months. Equipment in the showroom is nice, last 1-2 months and then you can't get parts or them to honor their warranty.

Доставили їм товар, працює дуже привітний персонал! Рекомендую!

Excelent!!!!!!!

This place is huuuuuge! I walked in and saw the front area and thought OK, nice. Then I asked for some equipment and was led to the back and this place seems to go on forever. They not only have whatever exercise equipment you want but multiple items in varying condition. I found a decent piece at a fair price and they cleaned it up better than expected.

Wow, I'm interested to visit you in this month

Excellent service and equipment selection

At a time when supply chain issues are affecting everyone, Primo Fitness supplied Rebirth Lifting Club with all of the equipment we needed. Kristine and Leo are the nicest people you will ever meet. Even their employees say nothing but great things about them. Their prices are competitive and Kristine always responds to us in a timely manner. We are forever clients at Primo Fitness!!! Also, Panatta equipment is the best!

Es un lugar donde venden máquinas seminuevas y nuevas para hacer ejercicios

The owner Dimitri was extremely helpful with the selection and knowing what I wanted for my equipment. Very awesome customer service.

WOW... Have never seen such a place.

Price hike during covid? Not sure. Prices are well not too high but not low. Haven't seen the showroom so can't comment on that.

Not friendly....secretary rude....and very expensive....

I recently bought a Keiser Spin bike at Primo. I love it, it is better than the bike I use at Spin Class at the Gym. Primo has great prices and service. We also use Primo for our exercise Equipment at Mariners Physical Therapy. They are the best!

Glad I found'm.

I did a lot of reading about spin bikes before deciding on buying a demo from Primo Fitness. Dimitri answered my questions both by phone and by email, and I decided upon a Keiser bike, sight unseen, to be shipped to my home in Northern California. The process could not have been easier and the bike arrived in perfect condition. As Dimitri promised, all we had to do was to unscrew the bike from the pallet, jump on and go! I'm using the Peleton app and could not be happier with my purchase!

Great place. Easy. Good prices. Ask for Dimitri. He will take care of you.

People were really friendly and they had everything that I needed for my garage gym, at reasonable prices.

Everyone was just AWESOME. Demitri knows his stuff. My Spin bike is awesome. The deliver and setup was perfect! Thank You Frank & The Gang! Lisa

I’m very happy with my recent stair master and water rower purchase. We got a good price on the bundle. I went there without an appointment and I was able to get into as walk in. But I recommend making and appointment to avoid the wait. Mr. Dimitri helped and my family, he was patient and answered all of our questions. He was even very helpful with all the delivery issues due to size of my stair master. I highly recommend this place. I have tried both machines at home for few days now and I love them.

I purchased an as is LeMond cycle bike rode it twice adjusted the handlebars which came out and attempted to put them back on the bike and they would not go back in the lock lever is loose and fell apart. I have only owned this bike for less than a week and it isn't functioning the way it should. Also, the seat creeps down as you ride and has to be adjusted mid ride. In addition, at a high tension the bike makes a clicking noise you can feel in the pedals. I was willing to deal with the seat and the clicking noise, however the handlebars pretty much falling apart not okay. I am disappointed in the purchase I understand it was as is, however as is I expected it to work especially after two rides.

I bought a Life Fitness Integrity Recumbent Bike from Dimitri. He was very helpful and straight forward. I could not think of a better buying experience, quick, easy and very friendly. The prices were so good that I also picked up a commercial quality Abdominal crunch bench. Wow what a deal! Thank you Primo!

Dimitri at Primo Fitness was amazing. He was able to get me a great deal on exactly what I needed and provided excellent guidance on my purchasing needs. Product was available extremely fast and works great! Would contact him for all future gym needs.

I highly recommend Primo Fitness, They have the biggest selection of the highest quality workout equipment I have ever seen. Additionally, their staff is super, Dimitri treated us as though we were family. He knows his products and helped us through the entire process and ensured prompt delivery. I will continue to work with Dimitri and Primo Fitness for all of equipment needs.

Great price for the spin bike! Has watts and rpm on the screen and it is in good condition 😊 10/10 recommend

Dimitri is so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very confident about working with him and looking forward to coming back in the future. I definitely recommend Primo Fitness for all your commercial equipment needs!

This is a huge warehouse with used professional gym exercise equipment for sale. Some items are like new, others, not so much. I bought two gym quality items here for very reasonable prices. The staff is helpful as well.

I always use Primo Fitness when I'm looking for equipment! Dimitri is ALWAYS so helpful and will work with me before my visit to the showroom to make the experience even easier! From start to finish the team at Primo is awesome. Very helpful with selecting pieces, loading them and getting you a great price every time.

Walked into this place Friday afternoon 1/18. Signed in at the reception desk and the receptionist directed me to the public showroom. Very limited number of treadmills in their showroom. Wanted to see a Woodway treadmill. No one was there or nearby to help. A reviewer said he was greeted by the owners. No such experience here. No greetings or any salespersons around. A lot of machines in their warehouse, but I couldn't go in there. Make an appointment if you're going there. Don't walk in. A waste of time.

I had been contemplating the purchase of a new commercial grade recumbent exersize bike. Originally, I found Primo on Craigslist and then checked out their previous reviews on Yelp. All the reviews are, in their majority, right on! I walked in on a Friday afternoon about 10 minutes before they closed. I was cordially greeted by the owners and instead of asking me to come back on their next business day they actually took the time to assist me in trying several of their models. I ended up selecting a LifeFitness Integrity recumbent bike that they had listed at a fraction of what a new one would cost. The specific one that I selected was completely gone through and it came with a 6 month warranty. I especially appreciated their willingness to stay after hours to cater to my shopping needs and helping me select the best option for my specific needs. I walked out with a fantastic pre-owned bike that I now enjoy on a daily basis which is helping me reach my fitness goals. In essence, I highly recommend this venue for pre-owned gym equipment which will cost a fraction of what the equipment would cost brand new. They have incredible selections and high quality equipment. I will definitely come back for additional equipment that I will be needing in the near future!

Love this place! Amazing selection of many different machines I see at the gym but, I came in looking for a treadmill. Dimitri was so helpful; He went through all the options and prices..(he was not a slimy sales man) I chose a used model (at a fabulous price)and Dimitri even replaced some paneling on the side that I didn't like. I had my 3 boys with me and I loved that they let them be boys!! I will definitely be back!!

Met Dimitri and he showed me all my options and I made a purchase! Easiest buying experience ever :)

Don't buy your fitness equipment online!! Go to Primo Fitness! You get great help trying out a variety of equipment without any pressure, great prices, and no worries about what you would get shipped. Dimitri was my salesperson and he was great-even when I needed to exchange a purchase for a better fit. Customer service, prices and confidence in one's purchase as well as a great variety of equipment to meet anyone's need. Check them out-you will be glad you did!

Came here looking for a spin bike and left with not only a spin bike but my go to place for all future fitness equipment! Highly recommended.

Purchased one of my first cycling bike about 2 weeks ago at a very reasonable price and everyone who helped us was wonderful and great service was provided as well! Thank you again for my bike! I love it!

Came here due to outstanding yelp reviews. Been doing my research for a spin bike. I was debating between getting something new online such as amazon but after my consultation with Dimitri, he got me convinced that it’s by far a better investment to get a higher quality fitness equipment that are made to last. They have a good variety of stuff in the warehouse. It’s nice coz u can get a feel of each bike versus getting it online. Also a plus that it’s already assembled and ready for pick up. Was such an easy and smooth process. Id recommend coming here for ur home equipment!

This place is great! There is so much stuff here. Great prices on the equipment. Chiropractors look here if you are looking for high end good pricing on equipment.

This place is awesome. I had been looking for a spin bike for my home gym and thought I was going to have to purchase one online sight unseen or tried when I found the Primo Fitness website. I quickly found some spin bikes of interest that I wanted to see on the website at prices I could afford. I had planned on buying a new spin bike but when I saw that I could buy a used commercial gym quality spin bike from Primo for the same price I had to check it out and was very happy that I did. I visited the warehouse during a lunch break and Dimitri showed me the spin bike I was interested in. He was very helpful and I was able to see the quality of the bike and test it out. He explained how the mechanics thoroughly go over all the equipment verifying that all electronics work and replacing anything that doesn't. Dimitri assured me that if I found anything not working when I got it home, he would have it fixed or trade for another bike. I picked up the bike last week and it looked great. They even did a new powder coat on the body. Everything works perfectly on the bike. If you are looking for exercise equipment, I highly recommend this place and Dimitri. The warehouse is huge and the selection is great.

Unbelievable prises on top of the line gym equipment. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic gym equipment at fabulous prices talked to Jason he's the best salesman they have their help me out tremendously I'm going back next month for another piece of equipment

Absolutely the best place to buy new and used fitness equipment in Orange County. Come see their showroom, the biggest in the industry.

I purchased a spin bike for my home and could not have been happier with the experience. Dimitri was very knowledgable as well as focused on helping me find the right bike. He was very patient, honest and I never felt pressured. The prices are great and the experience from start to finish was excellent!! I will be sending everyone I know that is I looking for fitness equipment to Dimitri. Thank you Dimitri!

Dimitri was so helpful and knowledgeable! I was looking for an elliptical for home workouts and he gave me an overview of the machines at each price point. Once I selected a machine (Precor AMT), he made sure that a few worn parts were replaced and it was repaired to my liking over the following week or two. I am so happy with my machine and experience, and was able to stay within my budget.

Love Dimitri! A lifetime of experience in the fitness industry, straight up and honest. I own a small spin studio and wouldn't take my business anywhere but Dynamic Fitness Solutions. Thanks for the great service!

I purchased a very nice Precor treadmill. The price was awesome compared to retail and the service was top notch. Dimitri went through all my options and showed me many different treadmills in their massive warehouse. If they don't have it, you don't need it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased spin bikes for my private studio. Dimitri was very helpful, and very honest about the product. Not a typical salesman, I never felt pressured to buy and felt like I was getting the best quality for the price. I will be purchasing more in the future!

My husband, 2 toddler children and I arrived on Friday afternoon at 3 and were back on the road with our purchase at 4. Dimitri Sonck and his staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Great service and personable. We were not pressured to spend more and Dimitri was patient and absolutely not pushy. This building is a warehouse full of exercise equipment of all kinds and for all budgets. We bought a recumbent bike for an affordable price and now I can exercise whenever I want in my home and lose my pregnancy weight.
