Premier Fitness has been a great company to work with for our property fitness center needs. As a property manager, it’s important to have vendors who are responsive, reliable, and professional. Perry's team at Premier consistently delivers. They’ve handled repairs quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and helped keep our equipment in excellent working condition for our residents. It’s refreshing to work with a company that shows up when they say they will and takes pride in their work. Premier Fitness recently evaluated our fitness center and gave us a report ithat was genuinely useful. Instead of trying to sell us onsite, they took the time to review the space, identify concerns and gave us recommendations that would improve the guest experience. Just signed a PM with them and will be ordering equipment soon.

They did an excellent job getting our equipment delivered in a timely manner, and their communication throughout the process was very responsive and professional. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company is full on harrasing the office. On first contact I spoke to Perry, I told him we were not interested and I did not want the free inspection as we are happy with the company we are currantly using. Then he unfortunately was able to get my email from my leasing staff. He contacted me and stated that he came to the property anyways and did the inspection. I was not in the office when he came in thankfully but he made a comment like "thanks Savannah" in a sarcastic tone to my assistant assuming she was me. Now we have Perry, Ailah, Mary, and I beleive a Mark that are constantly calling the office and when we do not answer they call back multiple times one after the other. We tell them that we are not interested and have explained on multiple occasions that we feel like we are being harrassed and they still go into a sales pitch. I feel like we cannot escape this company. We will all be blocking the emails going forward. Its very concerning that we feel we have to do this. For Perry being the President, Mary and Ailah being the Regional Account Managers I am confused how they think this kind of sales behavior is acceptable. I would love if we could never receive another call or email from this company ever again. Thanks.

I manage a few multi family apt communities in the Austin area and use Premier fitness for our preventative maintenance contracts on all our sites and for gym repairs. They’re easy to work with and pretty responsive, Alex and Ashley is always a pleasure to work with as well. I would definitely recommend Premier for any fitness needed!
